Our Sebastian Home features an amazing tropical yard with private pool. The home is on a corner lot in a lovely, quiet desirable neighborhood. The lanai and pool have amazing privacy with mature oaks and palms, your personal and private back yard oasis awaits!
As you enter the property from the driveway you step into the open, vaulted ceiling, main living space. The master suite boasts a private bathroom, comfortable queen bed with memory foam mattress, 1 extra-long twin beds with memory foam mattress and large screen TV. The second bedroom also has a TV and queen bed with memory foam mattress.
Florida's Treasure Coast area offers many beaches, museums, parks, nature preserves. We hope you will give Our Sebastian Home a try, we know you will love Sebastian and surrounding areas!

If I could give this lovely home 10 stars, I would.The host was welcoming, instantly responsive and funny. The house is spotless, well-appointed and beautifully decorated.The pool is to die for; the whole backyard and lanai is quiet, peaceful and conducive to early morning coffee relaxation and late night star gazing.The garage/laundry room is amazing! The towels are fluffy and the beds are very comfortable.The pump soaps, shampoo and conditioner conditioner were creamy and of high quality.A highly enjoyable stay in a fabulous property; we will certainly return!

Great pool home central location

We had a great time at the property. It was well equipped with the necessities, kids enjoyed the pool, and the location is central. We would definitely stay again!

Beware the neighbors because they will call the host with complaints. The host made inaccurate accusations on how many cars where park in the road but they were not our vehicles Told me I had an half hour to clear out and no vehicles except renters. Accused us of drinking alcohol. The house itself was a clean nice place

Our neighbors have always been great with any guest that have booked our home for their visit to Sebastian, Fl. I'm Jenny, the host who did not make inaccurate accusations. Unfortunately, my very cool and laid-back neighbors did contact me regarding John S. and his guest who were having a big game party. The neighbors sent my husband and myself photo picture evidence. On how many cars were parked in my driveway and my yard. These cars were breaking the property rules and the city of Sebastian, Florida, parking laws.

Perfect place to enjoy Thanksgiving with family

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, great for relaxing with family. Close to grocery store and beaches. Fenced in area for our dog, she had fun running around. Communication with owner was prompt. We really enjoyed our holiday there with family.

Close to Jackie Robinson Sports Complex

The host was awesome and they take extra effort to make sure that everything is just right. Communication was just right and everything at the property was as described. I highly recommend it.

Nice Property

The property was as advertised. It was convenient to Vero Beach and the attractions in Sebastian. The area itself was a pleasant surprise, it is not as crowded as the west coast of Florida; traffic was fairly light and the lines at the grocery stores, pharmacies etc. were much less than staying in the greater Sarasota area of Florida which we had done the previous two winters.

Thank you for the review, we are constantly improving our home to make it more comfortable for our guest. Sebastian and surrounding area is a slower pace vibe. It what drew us to this area. Lots of nature, beaches, convenient to other cities without the local congestion.

Wonderful place to escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Close enough to the beach and other attractions in the area. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could possibly need, neighborhood is quiet and safe, pool was great and house simply adorable! Jenny made the entire process a breeze and she was most accommodating! I have already told several friends about this gem!

Fun In The South

We stayed for a month and would have stayed longer if possible. The house was awesome. Plenty of room, well decorated and very comfortable. The lanai was our favorite spot. We left the snow and cold of Vermont to be able to read and eat outside - nothing better!! Sebastian was a beautiful spot. Beautiful neighborhood, easy to get around. Thanks to our host, she was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful inside and the carpets were so soft on your feet! The pool was so clean and felt so refreshing! My dog loved the yard to run in! There are many restaurants near by! We had Giuseppe Pizza one night and it was the best pizza ever! We also ate at Mo-Bay by the water and it was good as well! The house is close to many beaches! I highly recommend this house for a stay in Sebastian!

Wonderful property and AMAZING host!

I would give 10 stars if I could! As Tampa residents, my family booked this property as a refuge from Hurricane Milton. Jenny could not have been more compassionate and generous during our stay. She helped make a difficult time so much easier. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable and we look forward to having the opportunity to return under happier (less windy) conditions.

First time to the area

My family and I visit FL often, but this was our first time in Sebastian. The area is quiet and safe. We rode bikes (courtesy of the owner), swam every day in the pool, took a boat ride on the river, and had a short drive to the beach almost daily. We got to be the first renters of this property and the AC had went out just before we were to arrive. It was fixed ON A SATURDAY to accommodate our stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. My pup enjoyed taking vacation with us, and we heard minimal fireworks for the holiday.

Great experience

We have 3 small kids and my husband and I. We wanted to hang out with friends for the night and have a place nearby to stay. Jenny and Bart had a quick response time and made sure everything was ready for us and taken care of. House was clean and so beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the stock of coffee at the coffee bar in the morning and the fenced in yard where the kids could run safely while we sat by the clean Crystal pool in the morning. The neighborhood was so quiet and inviting. I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. We have had some not so good rental experiences and this one was the complete opposite. Thank you to Jenny and Bart for sharing this beautiful Florida home with us. If you need a place to stay we highly recommend this comfortable home.

The perfect getaway

Our family recently stayed for a week and we didn’t want to leave!! It is the perfect home away from home and we are so thankful to have found it. Beautiful interior and exterior with a gorgeous pool right out of the back patio doors. The pool was a great temperature between comfort and refreshing. Our 3 children absolutely loved the pool and patio, as did we. Secluded backyard for privacy and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I ran every morning and our children rode their bikes through the neighborhood. The owner was extremely attentive and responded quickly and efficiently. She goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable. From the time we walked in we felt at home. Everything from the cozy bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, quaint dining room, the pool accessories available, to the complimentary coffee and tea. This sizable, but very cozy home was equipped with everything we needed for a week stay. The beds were very comfortable. Making it easy to feel like a home away from home. We found many great restaurants, ice cream shops, parks and activities all close to home. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be booking a stay here again and cannot wait to get back!

Hello, Bart and I are from Hudson, Michigan. We are loving sharing Our Sebastian Home with guest! We started being host when we a home in Sebastian that would be our future place to live in retirement. We looked at many homes in the area and absolutely fell in love with this home. Since purchasing this home in April of 2024, we have done many upgrades including fresh paint throughout, new HVAC, new fixtures, appliances and much more. It has been fun to work on and updating a home we hope to retire in someday. We treat this home with love and enjoy getting to spend our vacations in Sebastian near family.

We enjoy Sebastian for many reasons, we are near the beaches, riverfront dining, hiking and boating adventures all nearby. Our personal neighborhood is a quite family neighborhood. Well-kept homes and yards. A beautiful street with friendly neighbors.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our favorite part of this property is the private, tropical back yard. This home is on a corner lot, but when you are in the back yard by the pool in the screened in lanai, you have beautiful mature palm trees and privacy palm hedges that create near perfect occlusion from neighbors or street traffic. But there is so much great about Our Sebastian Home. We love the open layout of the kitchen and the living space.
