This is a private basement guest suite with your own driveway, entrance, patio, and backyard located in Lawrenceville. The woods behind the house offers a unique and tranquil getaway.



It is located minutes from major highways like 316, I-285, and I-85. Downtown Lawrenceville and Buford are 5 miles away offering multiple local eateries and entertainment.



This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath basement guest suite that offers a lot of privacy. Inside you will be greeted with an open floor plan and your own private internet and a/c unit. Dog bowls and dog beds are also available.



Occasionally there can be noise filtration from upstairs but noise is minimal.



You will have your own private driveway on the side of the house that will take you directly to your private patio entrance. From your patio entrance you will have access to a fenced in yard just for you and your pets. This fence does border the rest of the backyard that the upstairs/main house has access to. That space/yard is considered off limits.



The driveway, patio, and yard are all fenced in and can be enclosed with gates to provide more privacy or space for your animals.



This home is my main residence however it is best to communicate with me through the app in case I am not home or traveling. When I travel I sometimes rent out the main part of the house. This should have little affect on you since there are no shared spaces and each has their own entrance, patio, yard, and driveway.



This is a quite family orientated neighborhood offering a peaceful escape from the busy city life.
