We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and well equipped, with stunning views. Everything worked well throughout our stay, the neighbours were friendly, and there was a great vibe in the building. Security at the entrance and within the tower was excellent and made us feel very safe, which we really appreciated.The host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Communication was clear and easy, extra bowls and side plates were provided promptly when we needed them, and there were even treats for the children, which was such a nice touch.The pool was unfortunately unexpectedly unavailable for over half of our stay due to maintenance, which was completely outside of the host’s control. As the pool had been an important part of our plans, this did change our family holiday. However, the host was understanding, handled the situation well, and we resolved things amicably. Games were also provided for the children, which was appreciated.One small practical issue was that one of the bedrooms has an internal window rather than an external one, facing a corridor in the building. We never saw anyone using the corridor, but with children in that room we kept the curtains closed.Overall, this is a fantastic apartment with a caring and responsive host, and we would happily recommend it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great view with delightful staff

My family and I stayed a week in Tower 1, and the staff (security and housekeeping) was very helpful and nice. Before we arrived, the host (Alicia) had everything arranged with security and key cards. Her instructions were spot on. We were very tired, so having fresh towels, cold water and AC was just what we needed. The beds were not as comfortable and cozy as we had expected . The master bed squeaks as you toss and turn, and a bit hard. And the curtains allowed the light to shine in. It could use some longer blackout curtains, so you sleep in a bit longer. Though I was happy to see a set a new bath towels, wash cloths were absent. We made a purchase of wash cloths...and left them in the unit at checkout. We discovered small ants in the kitchen, around the corner tops and stove top. Alicia was aware, and shared that they have been treating the area for the ants. Tower 1 has a spacious and nice gym, but none of the cardio equipment operates. And the equipment appears to be neglected through maintenance. When I asked about the gym equipment before making any reservations, and pictures of the equipment was sent to me. Nothing was said anything about the equipment being inoperable. It would have been a show stopper. But however, we managed to get our daily workout routine done without the cardio machines. We had a good stay and Alicia stayed in touch the whole time...even with my poor Verizon International coverage. And we loved the location.

Rocky start initially, however, the host worked quickly to resolve issues and concerns. Location is superb, close to numerous retail and restaurant options. Great proximity to major points of attraction, but provides the feeling of being far enough away for a more relaxed and secluded time. location also has a large number of amenities with sweeping views of the surrounding central valley.
