A1A provides quick access up and down the coastline, while nearby Eau Gallie Blvd connects you to Melbourne and the causeway to the mainland. Ride-share services are readily available, parking at the home is convenient, and the area is very walkable and bike-friendly for exploring locally.



Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!
