Welcome to our spacious, peaceful getaway home in the valley, fully remodeled in 2024. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
- Kitchen fully stock for your enjoyment ! Coffee and Tea are Complimentary.
- This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit, corridor (highway) is just a minute away.
- Working away from home? Not an issue, we have a table/ working area for you
- Cozy Family Friendly setting

The space
** We specialize in short-term rentals and have multiple listings available. Come explore our other properties! We're confident you'll find one that meets your needs.**
** House space **
Our beautiful house has 2 units with both separate entrance:
- Top unit (top floor) will be use for our STRs, guest who booking this house will able to use entire place which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room, hallway and game room without sharing a space to anyone except your family or your company.
- Basement unit (ground floor) currently not occupied, and there may be occasional daytime working activities. If noise sensitivity is concerned , please inform us right away. We'll do our best to schedule any work at a more suitable time for you.
** Glamorous Home: Every detail has been carefully considered for your relaxation.
** Custom-Built Furniture: Enjoy unique pieces tailored to enhance your stay.
** Easy Self-Check-in: With a smart lock, you'll have the top floor all to yourself!
** Entertainment Galore: A 75" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 43" TV in another bedroom—all ready for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more with your own account.
** King Beds Everywhere: Enjoy a restful sleep on brand-new mattresses in every room.
** Cozy Couch: Perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring.
** Work-Friendly Setup: Bring your laptop or any work essentials for a productive trip.
** Weber BBQ Grill: Fire it up and enjoy a barbecue with your favorite seasoning—everything you need for a delicious meal!
Guest access
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire top floor (aka main floor) with its private entrance and guest will receive their own personal door code, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.
- Please note that the garage is currently unavailable for guest use.
- Ample parking is available in the driveway, with additional street parking also an option.
- During the winter months, our water heater is capable of accommodating 3 to 4 people taking showers simultaneously. However, please allow sufficient time for the water to reheat if your group exceeds this number.
- Kindly be aware that the basement unit is occupied, and there may be occasional daytime activities. If noise sensitivity is a concern, please inform us, and we'll do our best to schedule any work at a more suitable time for you.

- (33) minutes away from park city
- (42) minutes away from Briton Ski Resort
House rule
• NO UNREGISTERED GUEST ALLOW - no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. we will charge a $50 each unregistered guests per night if you break the rule. Quiet time 10pm - 8am.
• NO SHOES ALLOW - Inside the bedroom Carpet ( If the carpet got stained during your reservation, $150 fee charged will add on for deep clean carpet after you checked out)
• NO PETS ALLOW - Due to some guests have severe allergy with animal hair. if we determine that pet in the house there will be carpet cleaning fee, house deep clean fee and other repair fee if damage. we committed to keep our house pet free for all guest to enjoy and safe for all. (Note: i'm also highly allergic to Dog's hair and Cat's hair. so please be considerate)
• NO SMOKING or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOW inside the house or garage - there is a $300 fine if we determine guest smoke or using illegal Substances inside the home or garage. we committed to keep our house smoke free for all guest to enjoy. Removing or tampered with Smoke detector without reasoning will be a sign of smoke and we will charge a $50 replacement fee for replace each of the smoke alarm if you damage it.
• NO PARTY ALLOW - no party of any kind. No Loud music after quiet time. This is a family friendly neighborhood but not a Party friendly, party fine will be $1000. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• If you break or damage something, not an issue but please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
• The garage is currently off limit to guest, there are plenty of parking in the Drive way and street parking also available
• Front door camera and garage's security camera for guest protection and party enforcer (video and audio will be record 24/7), please do not disable the camera, we will have to ask you to leave the home for violating the house rule. We do not have or support or allow any hidden camera inside the home. if we find out that guest leave a hidden camera for any purposes we will turn it over to the authority.
• If you use the Grill, Please move the grill outside the door away from the home so there would not be any fire hazard, Clean up after usage require. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. If you don't move it outdoor and grill inside the garage and damage the wall we will charge a repair fee.
• No Food or Drink in the Bedrooms, Guest will compensate host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom.
• If anything appliances or home related items break down during your stay please notify us right away and allow us up to 24 hours so we can arrange repair. if anything urgent we will try to get it fix sooner.
• Please don’t bring any Blankets, Pillows and Blanket to backyard!!! Blankets & Pillows are meant to use inside the bedrooms.
Breaking the rule might cost you for replacement of the damage item.
**For those who stay on Wednesday night, Please bring the trash containers to the middle of the circle so it can be taken away Thursday Morning
** A Big BLUE trash container is for RECYCLE trash ONLY - Please don’t throw any food trash, plastic and bottle in there.
• During Winter (snowing) time, we’re asking guest to clean your wet shoes and do not bring dirt in to the home. Also please leave your ski/ snowboard gears
inside the garage instead bringing it inside the house or on the floor.
Failure to comply to any of these will result in extra fees or have your reservation canceled without a refund.Check with us if you like to know on exact location
