This fun Sea Isle vacation home will have you & your family or friends saying “Shell-o There” to the sun, sand & surf of Galveston Island in no time! This cozy retreat is not only pet-friendly but also offers a fenced area for your furry pals to romp around in—talk about a tail-wagging good time!
Located just a short walk away from the beach, Shell-o There offers long Gulf views, 2 decks, and the perfect space for coming together at any time of year. Plus, there’s a gate at both ends of the exterior stairs, making it easier to keep the smaller members of your household where you want them.
Step inside and feel the stress melt away as you're greeted by a spacious living room with a large corner sectional and big windows that let in tons of natural light. The updated kitchen is a chef's dream, decked out with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and even a wine cooler—because vacation mode definitely includes a glass of vino or two! And let's not forget the breakfast bar with seating for 4 and nearby bar height table with seating for 2, perfect for a casual morning meal or evening snacks.
When it's time to catch some vacation Z's, you'll find comfy accommodations on both levels. On the main level, there's a cozy Queen bedroom and another room with a fun Pyramid Bunk bed and trundle—perfect for the kiddos or young at heart. Plus, both rooms come with their own TVs for those lazy mornings in bed.
Upstairs is where you'll find the primary suite, complete with a Queen bed, deck access, and a relaxing sitting area. Need to catch up on emails? No problem—there's even a desk for getting some work done. And the en suite bathroom? It's like having your own spa with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
Outside, the ground level patio and covered decks are the perfect spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee and the sound of the waves in the background.

This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
