Great place to relax and enjoy nature while still having easy access to bike trails and the beach. Bikes are a must to truly enjoy all the island has to offer.

Kiawah Marathon Weekend

We came for the Marathon / half weekend. The condo was very cute and comfortable. We all noticed how nice the furniture was immediately. We would absolutely stay here again

Like pictures

No complaints about the condo. Nice and safe. Close to Boardwalk 27 and 28 but zigzagging with no signs until you are almost there. I would stay here again.

Very nice unit. Quiet.

Could use a better cleaning in kitchen. Especially cabinet doors. Comfortable beds.

Great stay

Wonderful and clean property! Excellent size master bedroom/bath. The second bedroom has two small twins in it.

Christmas vacation

The weather was perfect. We spend lots of our time outside; however, the time spent inside was just as nice. The view from the back porch was perfect for coffee and reading. Peaceful location.

Beautiful Condo

Peaceful, beautifully-updated, and lovely place to relax. The porch overlooking the waterway is a wildlife lover's delight.

Too far from beach and needs a little work on cleanliness.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room furniture and area rug need cleaned. The counters were all gritty with sand or salt. The kitchens drawers need wiped out. We had four wash cloths for a whole week. The property is not a 7 minute walk to the beach. It takes at least 12 minutes if you walk quickly. There was a broken egret statue in the dining room that needs to be thrown away. All that said, we enjoyed our stay on the island. I would not rent this particular property again.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time on the island. Unfortunately, from our records, this seems to be the first we are hearing of any issues with your stay. We are always happy to address any issues that may arise (maintenance, cleanliness or otherwise) as soon as we are made aware of them, but it does not seem that we had the opportunity to do so in this case. We will certainly pass your comments to our team to ensure a better experience for future renters. I am pleased to say that neither guest before or after your stay seemed to have similar issues, so we can only assume this was an isolated incident.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa is even better than the description and photos! Location is great - 5 min bike ride to beach. Villa has great lagoon view from screened porch, kitchen table and bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. Everything was clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend. We used our beach gear credits for bikes and explored the island every day.

Wonderful stay

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful island and lovely accommodations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the alligators, deer, and birds. Even nicer than pictured. Fully stocked. We had a great week. Only complaint we have is with livingroom rug. Nice rug but beginning to curl. Almost tripped a few times. Moved barrell chairs to each corner to try hold rug down. Step carefully. Would gladly return though.

Kiawah Island peace

This lovely, well designed and cozy condo was a perfect place for our little family to hide away and unwind on our way from Boston to New Orleans. We loved the screened in balcony, with alligator sightings daily. A large whitetail buck roamed beneath us. Herons fed in the lagoons around. Perfect stop. Thank you!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a week stay at this two bedroom villa. The property was clean and well-maintained. Informed the management company that the bathtub drain in the second bathroom was slow to drain, and needed to be cleaned out. The representative was willing to send someone out promptly to address the issue. The primary couch has some small stains, but otherwise was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property, and would stay there again in the future.

Enjoyable experience

The villa is represented well in the photo’s and descriptions. We were surprised at the variety of wildlife we saw on the pond to include. Alligators, deer, egrets. Villa is a quick bike ride to the beach. It would have been nice to have more detailed instructions on how to get to the beach access point.

We had a 10-minute or so walk to the beach; also just a couple of minutes' drive to Night Heron access when we wanted to load up the chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely return to this villa.

Lovely apartment

This is our second stay here. Very nice apartment. A slight problem with the tv, which was rectified almost immediately. Quiet, nice views, easy walk to the beach. Easy check in, and very attentive service during our stay.
