Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the property clean and enjoyed the TVs and appliances enough to rent our property twice. That said, I do want to address a few points from your review. Our kitchen is stocked, and while I understand it may not have included every specific item you personally prefer, many guests have found it sufficient for their stays. I will however, take a look at the pans and pot you mentioned and replace any that are worn. As for yard maintenance, the lawn service is scheduled weekly and unfortunately cannot always be completed between the short window of check-out and check-in. We do our best to minimize any disturbance, but upkeep is necessary to keep the property safe and presentable for all guests. Most guests are appreciative of a beautiful green maintained yard. Lastly, while we always welcome constructive feedback, I must note that the tone of your communication during your stay and afterward has been very challenging. I strive to treat every guest with kindness and respect, I sincerely hope that in the future you approach hosts and others you encounter with that same courtesy.
