Quiet Place in the Country
Welcome to a quiet place in the country. Escape from the fast paced city life within minutes. Travel down country dirt roads which will lead you, to your relaxing nature filled oasis. This home is conveniently located 4.3 miles away from University of Florida, 6.4 miles away from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and Condron Ballpark. Also, just minutes away from Butler Plaza, Celebration Pointe, Restaurants, Museums and Nature Parks. Property is also Less than 7 miles from Shands and VA Hospitals.
THE SPACE: Enjoy this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Each bedroom has a smart TV along with USB port charging station. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with new appliances. After an entertaining day, return back to the property. Enjoy an evening by the fire pit or entertain on the back deck where lights set a relaxing mood. Gaze into the beautiful starry filled skies while taking in the fresh night air.
GUEST ACCESS: Guest has access to the entire home and yard. The only areas that guest can't access, are the owner’s closet and locked cabinet in laundry room.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please be respectful of this space. We have put a great deal of time and energy into renovating this home. We want all of our guest to feel at home and enjoy themselves. If you feel you aren't able to follow the the house rules, we kindly ask that you continue to search for a more suitable place to stay. All guests must be listed on your reservation prior to arrival. SAFETY MEASURES: The property has a camera located at the front and rear door of property. The cameras actively record audio and video.
**ADDITIONAL RULES** Welcome to a Quiet Place in the Country! We want you to relax and enjoy your time here at this home. Please respect the space and follow all house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. Please provide all adult guests name upon booking. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.
1. NO unregistered guests allowed (all guests must be on the reservation); $200 violation fee for each unregistered guest
2. NO Parties allowed; $500 violation fee
3. NO pets allowed; $500 violation fee. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay (must provide proof of current vaccination records for Service Animals within the last year.). Under no circumstance can we host Service Animals without first obtaining the vaccination records. We do apologize!
4. NO smoking or vaping allowed inside of home. Must smoke or vape outside of home, at least 10 feet from property; $250 violation fee
5. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff will be charged a $150 violation fee.
6. Please do your dishes; subject to a fee
7. Please take out trash before you leave. Place in trash can in rear of home; $10 violation fee per bag of trash left in home
8. Please take care of furnishings and do not rearrange furniture.
9. Commercial business work without written consent, video recording or explicit adult content, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises. Please let us know of any property damage or if something isn't working within 12 hours of check in. Unreported damages will be subject to a fee.
11. Only authorized maintenance personal will enter home during a stay to perform emergency repairs only.
12. Washer and dryer provided in home. If guests decides to wash any linens the home provides and it results to damages (outside of normal wear and tear); subject to a fee
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
14. Please DO NOT open or enter the owner’s closet. These doors have signs that say “NO GUEST ACCESS.” Also, the cabinet in laundry area with lock is not to be opened. These areas aren’t for guest. These areas are completely off limits. Only the house keepers have access to the cabinet and closets. A violation fee will be applied if broken; $500 minimal violation fee and up.
15. Please no wasting or dumping on property; $250 violation fee
16. Please watch and monitor small children there are cleaning products under kitchen and bathrooms sinks. It’s guests responsibility to watch small children around these products. Please beware.
***Please be aware we have active security cameras (audio and video recording) on the outside of property to ensure the safety of our guests and our home. This also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed.***
***Please be aware that the snacks/food items provided may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, fish, shellfish, etc. Please be aware of any allergens you may have***
***FIRE PIT SAFETY RULES*** 1. Always check the weather before using fire pit. Don’t use the fire pit on windy or no burn alert days. 2. Don’t burn construction lumber. 3. Never start the fire pit with gasoline, lighter fluid or any other liquid accelerants. 4. Keep chairs away from fire. Keep chairs at least 2-4 feet away from fire pit. 5. Never leave the fire unattended. 6. Keep children 3-10 feet away from fire pit. 7. Please monitor all children around fire pit. 8. Please ensure waterhose provided is in reach. 9. Don’t throw trash, plastic or paper into fire pit. 10. Use the waterhose on the sprinkler setting to put out fire. 11. Check the fire pit again the next day (just in case) 12. Wood for fire pit can be purchased at the nearest Publix, Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Great time in a Quiet Place in the Country
We loved this house, secluded from the city noise and lights; peaceful. A little hard to find, recommend going during daylight the first time.

Clean house, with everything we needed for a UF game weekend. In the country, but not at all far from restaurants, Publix or Target. The dirt road getting there was a rough ride, and the water pressure was quite weak. But there was also a nice firepit, with the wood already set up to enjoy on a campfire on a chilly Gainesville evening.

Gators Ole Miss game stay
Place was very nice inside. Owners were responsive. Water pressure was dead because a valve was turned off outside but owner quickly instructed me how to fix that. There are dirt roads to get there and it is a little confusing, but there are some signs out. Once you get to the house, you’ll love it.
