Our “Freshwater Flat” offers a cozy, private, 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment located in the heart of beautiful Downtown Douglas, Michigan. Just steps away from the water and downtown shops/restaurants, your private entry, upper-level apartment has all the charm that comes with a 1940’s historic space with the amenities of a recently updated, well maintained flat. Private parking is available and the space comfortably sleeps 3 with a Queen Bed and futon.

The living room has a nook with table that can be used for a workspace or playing games. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven with electric stove top, microwave, and Keurig. Full size shower tucked in the slant of the roof comes with detachable handle for taller guests to shower comfortably.

The apartment is located above Borrowed Time where guests can enjoy live entertainment on the summer weekends, grab a delicious bite, and indulge in their unique wines, craft beers, and exciting cocktails. If you prefer to grab to-go wine or create your own cider/beer six pack you can stop by their retail shop also conveniently downstairs!
