Ocean 905 at Boqueron Bay Villas is your home away from home, while staying in Cabo Rojo. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach villa. Our spacious and luxury penthouse apartment is strategically located in Boqueron. We are close to the best beaches, tourist attractions, restaurants and El Poblado de Boqueron. A restaurant, bakery, convenience store, pharmacy and gas station are across the street. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Cabo Rojo.
**The space is fully remodeled as of April 2024**
Penthouse apartment with easy access for guests. You'll enjoy our spacious apartment that includes everything you need for an amazing stay in Boqueron. Our goal is to make you feel at home during your stay.
• Our spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed with it's own bathroom.
• The second room includes a bunk bed with 3 beds (2 Twin - 1 Full).
• The third bedroom includes a queen bed.
• The bedrooms include air conditioning.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, etc.
• Iron and hairdryer available on the apartment for our guest.
• Washer and dryer available for use for stays of 3 days or more.
• 2 Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella are available for your use.
• Dominoes Table available on the apartment.
• The dining area sits up to 7 people.
• The living room includes a Smart TV with Youtube Premium, Premium cable and Netflix.
• A balcony is available for our guests to enjoy. Also a Private Terrace with BBQ GRILL, sink, bluetooth speakers and a 10’*10’ Gazebo with chairs and tables.
• The complex has a relaxing pool with a gazebo and BBQ. It also, includes a playing area (swings, slide and monkey bars) for kids.
• Two designated parkings are available for our guests inside our gated community. • We have a security camera in the front door of the apartment. It will be on during your stay for your security and the security of our property. They are not allowed to be disabled the camera. There will be a $100 dollar fee for disabling. Also, the complex has security cameras in the pool area and the entrance of the complex.
• No more than eight (8) people (including adults and children) will be allowed in the apartment. An additional fee of $100 per person per night will be charged if you exceed the number of people allowed in the apartment.
• Parties or gatherings are not allowed.
• No visitors allowed. Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment and common areas.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In the event of a power, water or internet outage, we are not liable for any of these situations out of our control. It's an uncommon situation that could happen to any STR unit.
• Upon reservation, guests agree to follow the apartment's Rules of Use, and poolside rules established by the HOA.
• Please treat the items and furniture as if it was yours. Keep in mind any damage or taken items will be charged and a negative rating will be given.
• Please note that if the gate beeper or keys (Main or pool) are lost, a charge of $75 dollars will be charged for each item.
• In the apartment (Master room) you will have 3 flashlights and 3 corded/cordless fan that can be used in a power outage (With up to 20 hours of runtime). • • There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop. Property is on a third floor without an elevator. So keep that in mind when booking.
