This 3BR, 2 1/2 bath ground level house, is just steps to Siesta Key Beach, #1 Beach in the USA, again in 2025. Located on the "Heart" of Siesta Key's Grand Canal." Romantics, etc., click on VRBO property "location." Walk, bike, kayak, or take one of the many FREE beach ride services to the beach, Siesta Village shops, dining and night life. Walk to the end of the street and you're on the middle of the world famous Siesta Key beach. Go left is the main public beach, go right and you have a lot less people. Enjoy the sun, sand, surf, fishing, pool/hot tub and privacy. Featuring a large master bedroom with a King Size Bed, private bath w 2 sinks including vanity area. Master BR has balcony overlooking the pool, canal, and lanai with lanai access. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, etc. 3rd bedroom has a new bunk bed with twin size beds. There is a twin size air mattress and 3 heavy duty cots too. Large living/great room with dining area including 2 dining tables with 8 chairs including King/Queen's throne. Children love the throne as much as adults. Complete kitchen for cooking and entertaining. With many repeat guests you'll find the kitchen is equipped with most everything you'll need. Screened Lanai has ping pong table, 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 beach wagons, beach towels, beach cooler, fishing equipment, etc. Custom heated pool and hot tub Pool depth from 9" (baby pool) -5.5' (deep end). Baby pool is perfect for teaching children (and adults) to swim. Manicured mangroves along the canal ensure a high degree of privacy. Dock for fishing & R & R directly behind the house. You'll create memories that will last a Lifetime.

Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic! The owner is local and available for absolutely anything! He went out and got bait for my adult daughters to learn how to fish in the canal, dropped off extra chairs and beach gear and even dropped by to make sure the pool was in good shape prior to having some friends over. The pool is absolutely phenomenal and perfect after an hot day at the beach. Our daughters and friends had a few good ping pong tournaments in the screened in patio. The house is clean and spacious. Anything you could think of is available in the kitchen. The house is well stocked across the board. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and 2 wagons to transport it all to the beach which is a short walk directly down the street. Tim was a fantastic host that became a friend and can’t wait to come back!

Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our reset in Siesta Key ! House was great , pool was awesome . For me , the ringer was the back dock for fishing . Caught several fish a a few blue crabs . Owner was great , very quick to respond and had great recommendations on the area . Would absolutely stay there again !

We just got home from an amazing week at Tim’s house in Siesta Key. The house was very comfortable and clean for our family and had everything that you could ever need on vacation. There were 2 beach wagons with chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. The pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time and there were rafts and pool toys. My daughter and husband loved fishing off the dock and the only thing they had to buy was bait because Tim had everything in the screened in porch to fish with. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so nice and quiet. The beach was about a 10 minute walk and the village was a less than 5 minute drive. The best part of the experience was Tim, the host. He had great communication before the trip and actually came over when we had a question about the hot tub. We enjoyed talking to him. He is a great source of knowledge about the island and someone who truly cares about his guests. Out of all of the places we have rented throughout the years, this was our family’s favorite and everyone is already asking if we can go back next summer.

Tax season escape

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Tim was very accommodating even got us toothbrushes once he learned ours were forgotten. Plenty of beach stuff and fishing poles for the kids. Very hands on host.

25 Springbreak with Family... Incl teenagers

The property was spot on as described and Tim was a great host and very accommodating. The location is perfect imo as it is a under 7min walk to the beach and 15min walk to the main city center. The house also has a beach cart and chairs which were awesome. We rented a golf cart from Robin hood rentals which was perfect to tool around in. We dropped it off on last night and walked home after dinner.The pool and hot tub were a hit the pool deck had sun pretty much all day which was a also a hit..we ate many meals on the outside table by the pool. The kitchen while small, had many pans and utensils etc when we cooked at the house. There is a third toilet and sink in the washer dryer room and that was very handy with 6 people. Two of our boys slept in the queen bed room but there also was a cot in that room they could have used if they wanted to.One note it is located closer to the North end and not near Captain Curts /South end of the island, but the teenagers used the froggy bus and Uber to get around on their own easily when we weren't using the golf cart.Overall would definitely recommend this property and Tim as a great Host!! . Siesta Beach is amazing and perfect for a chill, fun family or couple(s) get away! This property had everthing we needed. Thx Tim!

Week long vacation

We had a great time! House was great! Kids had a blast enjoying the pool and fishing off the dock! Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Owner is very kind and goes out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

Location, location, location

Great location, with short walks to the beach, and downtown! Loved the pool with hot tub, and the screened lanai. Family enjoyed the ping pong table, and the canal was perfect for fishing off the dock, with an amazing view! The host was welcoming and communication was quick and easy!!

Great Location on Siesta Key

Great time overall. Cleanliness was a little off. We ended up mopping the floors again upon arrival as our feet were getting dirty. Pool is awesome, screened in patio is great. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Baby items available. There are pack n plays for babies to sleep in. Overall a great place.

Had a great time!

Tim is a wonderful host. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th bday and Tim made sure everything was amazing. He had great communication from day one. Location of property was very convenient to everything that we were interested in. He had great suggestions on where to go and places to eat.

Wonderful Property doubled up with the BEST host

My husband, I and our two kids (14,12) had the best time in Siesta Key. This property checked all the boxes. We all enjoyed the pool, hut tub and fishing dock. The kids had the best time playing ping pong on the porch. Location was great. Within walking distance to the beach and the village! Along with all of that came the absolute best host, Tim! His hospitality is top notch and he helped make this such a fun and memorable trip for my family. He was readily available, a wealth of information about Siesta and gave many good recommendations. We look forward to coming back again!

Perfect getaway to Siesta Key

This property was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the pool/hot tub was refreshing after a day at the beach. Tim was an excellent host, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Can’t wait to come again next year.

Perfect Place to Visit Siesta Key!

My husband and I have never visited Siesta Key and haven’t been on a vacation just the two of us since our honeymoon in 2020 so we decided to book this rental for the week and WOW! Tim was readily available for any and all questions, and also gave us many great recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about the area and definitely cares about his guests! The house had everything you could need for a beach day, fishing, and a bunch of other activities! The beach is walking distance, we also chose to drive a couple times! The village area was about a 17 minute walk for us which we only did once and opted for the free trolley the rest of the trip. Our favorite part of the home was the pool area, it was absolutely stunning and so relaxing. I spent majority of my time reading in the pool this trip. Being on the canal was also nice. We brought our english bulldog along for his first vacation and he loved every bit of it. Tim (the property owner) had left out water/food bowls for him before our arrival. Tim was an amazing host and if we ever decide to come back to the area we would stay again!

Perfect family friendly home with the best host!!

We just stayed 10 days and are already planning a trip back. Super clean, easy access to the town and the beach, plus there’s a dock for fishing!! The house was stocked with anything we could have possibly needed and the owner responds quickly and goes above and beyond for anything you need. The pool and hot tub were perfection and we enjoyed it daily from sun up until sun down. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great stay on Siesta Key

Fantastic house and stay on Siesta Key! Location was perfect. House was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including beach goods and fishing gear. Pool and hot tub were awesome! The owner really cares about your stay and was very welcoming!

I stayed here with my family. I highly recommend it. It’s very close to the beaches and the downtown area in siesta key. The private pool area is wonderful and very peaceful. The house is quiet and the perfect getaway.

Great location!

Really loved the location of this property. We spent most of our time outside in the private pool, but the beach was an easy walk down the street. Tim was very personable and kept in touch throughout the week - highly recommend!

Great Place, Great Host/Owner

This is a very nice property, with pool, hot tub, screened in with heat area for ping pong and just chilling. Host was on top of everything and gave us some very nice souvenirs for my parents 60 th anniversary. If you want a great location, 7 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes from restaurants, and shops this is the place for you! Would definitely rent here again when in the area!

Great location!!

My wife and I took my father-in-law on vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and of course the hot tub. The location is absolutely perfect!!! It is close to everything. Tim was very accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again.

Awesome home and even better host

My wife and two children (7 and 6) really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for us and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub, ping pong tables, and fishing off the dock. Tim, our host, was incredible all around. His communication was excellent and he had many great suggestions for things to do in the area. He even went so far to tell me where to fish and what time to fish based on the tide levels. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again from Tim!

Fall Break 2023

Property could not be nicer and location could not be better. Owner genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Fishing from the dock on the canal was great fun. Easy walk to the beach as well. Best overall property we’ve stayed at in many years of traveling.

70th Birthday

Enjoyed the amenities, ping-pong, air hockey and pool used daily. Clean, comfortable relaxing environment. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed it so much we would like to return. Great communication with the host.
