We are centrally located to most LA attractions without the high price of living expense,
The space
We own a private residential compound with four (4) separate private units on the ground floor, all with their own separate and private entrances from the gated parking/driveway area. The back house has all the comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all to yourself. It has a full kitchen,
3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms Bedroom #1 - queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom #2 - has twin bunk beds (sleeps 2) Bedroom #3 - has twin/ full bunk beds (sleeps 3) Living room with 2 sofa beds - twin size (sleeps 2)
2 bathrooms and it is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wifi, and Cable TV.
If you value a pristine living space, then this house is tailored just for you: Leave outdoor shoes outside to prevent dirt and germs from entering. This simple habit effectively maintains the cleanliness and freshness indoors. We kindly ask that you adhere to this practice to ensure the upkeep of our place so our future guests can also enjoy a pristine living space too.

HOUSE RULE:
No pets ($1000 per day/ per pet) No partying ($1000-fees applies per day / per party) No smoking (of any kind) $1000 per day / smoker No vaping No extra guest allow ( $1000 per day / per person )
Only guest booked with us are allow at the property. Immediately removal when house rules are not follow
LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY AND FEES: If you check out late, you'll be charged $75 for 15 minutes interval, plus the daily fee or $300 per hour will be charged until check-out is completed.
Note: The daily room rate will also continue to apply in addition to these fees.
All guests are required to review and acknowledge our rental terms and agreements and house rules before their stay.

New lodgings
The property is nice and so was our stay. The hosts are likely still getting the place appointed, and once a few More essentials are there (e.g., bowls, hangers) it will be very nice.

Great house: Loved our stay!
The house was amazingly clean, and the owner/property manager were very nice. They helped us in every aspect of our stay, and were very responsive.
We loved the location, as it was easy to get to the Universal Studios/Hollywood area in a quick 30 min or so (with light traffic). The beds were clean, and the bathroom was well stocked.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this house!

Great space
Loved that we had a parking spot in the garage. Everything was clean and tightly. The only thing I would say wasn’t good was the food roaches in the kitchen. We ate out the entire time we were here since we were out and about every day going to magic mountain, hurricane harbor and other sight seeing. The space was perfect for my family of 6.

True to Listing - Bare bones, good price
This was a great rental for my friends and I (all in our mid to late 20s) to stay at while we attended the Irwindale RenFaire. In my opinion, this is a perfect place for a group of younger adults on a budget. It was fairly bare bones, the only kitchen chairs had no backs (and there were only 4), and there wasn’t a kitchen table (we just used the kitchen island). All that was fine for us, but with the mismatched Furnature in the downstairs, it felt a bit catered to college age. Everything was clean, nothing broken, free street parking on weekends for a second car. Self-check in. Worked well for our needs.
