Yellowfin has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 guests. The primary suite offers luxurious privacy with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom is complete with a full-over-full bunk bed. Big Slough has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms—one downstairs with a king bed, and the bunk room upstairs with two sets of twin bunk beds and an ensuite full bathroom.

The Bluff’s Marina and boat dock is only 5 minutes down the road. Less than 10 minutes away are North Padre Island Beach and Mustang Island. A convenience store and Gully’s Bar are within walking distance. Head across the bay for Doc’s Seafood, Snoopy’s Pier and Restaurant, and Marker 37 Marina and boat dock. - Please note that the boat dock on the property is only for "shallow style" boats. The water is shallow in the area, so caution is needed if using the boat dock.
- Please note the community pool is not heated.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
