The villa is 2 storey, 1st bedroom has 1 double bed 2nd bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 double bed bunk , downstairs 1 single bed. 1 separate toilet, 1 separate bathroom with hot water. A large open upstairs balcony in the front overlooking the sandy beach and lush garden. Downstairs is a front balcony overlooking the tropical garden and the white sandy beach. The villa has a new kitchen that is fully equipped with fridge microwave toaster and washing machine. There is the dining room inside or dine in the front balconies. The lounge room has smart TV so you can plug in your hard drive for music, videos , photos and movies. Total of up to 10 guests. It is fully air conditioned upstairs and downstairs. The large front yard can be used for birthday parties , reunion for friends and families up to 100 persons but get a catering people to do the food , drinks etc. Aldo bring your provisions of food and drinks because there is only 1 small restaurant or carinderia and 2-3 small grocery shops.
The property total 120 sq m up and down on a 700 sqm land and enclosed with a high fence. There is a parking inside the compound that is free and the place is secure and safe. Tondol beach is still undiscovered , serene and quiet . Bring your pocket wifi or use mobile data usage . There is a router and a smart SIM card inside but the guest has to load. Normally slow during peak hours and summer months with huge influx of toutists.
Behind the villa , there is the Blue kubo sleeps 5 and Green kubo sleeps 4 for more accommodations.
Tondol Beach to 100 islands takes 1 hour by boat.
