Kitchen also includes a stocked pantry, utensils, pots and pans, spices and professional grade water filtration system. Enjoy fresh coffee with our french coffee press.

Living Area:
Sit back and relax with a new 75-inch smart tv and plenty of seating space for all your guests. Home comes equipped with high-speed wifi to allow for great connectivity from various devices.

Bedrooms:
Guests have access to all house closets and a dresser. Main bedroom has an attached bathroom. Property is perfect for professionals seeking to work remotely with two desks.

Backyard:
Fire up the propane grill, gaze at the stars, and stay warm with a fire pit. The perfect desert escape with family or friends!

We welcome guests with their pets! Please note a $150 pet fee will be added for each pet.

Guests will have access to entire property of 1,300 square ft except for 2-car garage and laundry room. Guests will have plenty of parking space in driveway and street. The property is located in lovely residential community that includes plenty of recreational space.
