Surrounded by greenery and beautiful gardens, overlooking the centuries-old cypress and olive trees Villa Veluto is the right place for a break from hectic everyday life. Located in a quiet suburb of Korcula, it is 5 minutes drive to the city center. Facility has a pool the size of 42m2 next to the beautiful north terrace; on the south terrace offers a view of the village and nearby fields. The villa consists of a ground floor and top floor which are connected by external staircase. The ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room and modern kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). In the attic is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living room and terrace with a view of the archipelago of Korcula and Peljesac peninsula. The villa has two parking spaces. The owners live nearby and are happy willing to help if you require further information.

We loved spending family time in and around the private pool. One couple stayed in the upstairs apartment, one couple in the private bedrooms with bathroom sharing the living room, kitchen and extra bathroom. Lucia was an excellent hosting greeting is with homemade cookies and wine. Her recommendations for a driver and excursions created many family memories. We would definitely recommend this home and host. We plan on returning.

We had a brilliant holiday here. House (particularly outside area) is more spacious than perhaps photos suggest. Rooms very comfortable - our 16 year old used the separate upstairs room and bathroom which was great. Communication with Lucija was excellent and she was extremely helpful during our stay. 20-25 min walk to Korcula town and all the bars/restaurants/boat trips there. Quiet area with wonderful views from balconies and easy to access other areas of Korcula. We would highly recommend.

Im Allgemeinen ist die Unterkunft sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber draußen wie drinnen. Das Einzige, was uns sehr gestört hat ist, dass die Vermieterin immer unangemeldet im Garten stand, dadurch war unsere Privatsphäre eingeschränkt, bis wir sie gebeten haben sich vorher anzumelden. Seit 14 Jahren verbringen wir unseren Urlaub in Kroatien und das war bis jetzt nie der Fall, schade.

Maison tranquille avec sa piscine et son salon d'été baignés de soleil.

la maison bien aménagée à proximité d'une petite colline et surplombant la mer partiellement visible offre un cadre reposant et tranquille pour des vacances en famille. La situation de la maison sur l'île est appréciable pour sa proximité avec les sites de Korcula, Lumbarda et la connexion à la route principale vous amenant vers Vela Luka en passant par les petits villages à l'intérieur ou sur les bords de l'île. Très agréable séjour avec l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, attentifs au bon déroulement de nos vacances. Vincent

An enjoyable stay!

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Island of Korcula. The villa was clean and well equipped and the location was perfect for visiting both Lumbarda and Korcula town. The weather was hot and we made good use of the pool! We had a warm welcome from Lucija and her parents. Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house and swimmingpool are wonderful and the hostess are helpfull and nice. The Island korcula is definetly worth a visit.

Thank goodness for that wonderful pool

We were fortunate enough be to there during fabulous weather so spent a lot of our time in the pool. The house was possibly even better than it looks in the photos. Very clean and well equipped

Beautiful relaxing holiday

This house and Korkula exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious and every possible extra had been thought of. Luci and her parents, who lived in the next-door property, were welcoming but not intrusive and available for advice by text if we needed anything. The newly refurbished Port 9 resort was a short walk (10 minutes)away and access to the sea / beach / inflatable entertainment / snack bars etc was open to anyone. There was also easy parking nearby if you didn't want to walk down. Korkula town itself was also an easy walk along the coast (approx. 30 minutes) or a short drive. There is a large supermarket very nearby as you exit the ferry. There were no shortage of places to eat both in Korkula but also in nearby Lumbarda and enjoyed good food in the Konoba Lanterna in Port 9 on 2 evenings. The pool in the villa was warm, clean and big enough to keep us happy. The view from the upstairs balcony was spectacular and it was a bonus for us having the independent unit for parents to join our family holiday. Thank you very much for a lovely trip!

Die perfekte Home-Base für Familien mit Kindern für Erkundungen auf der Insel Korcula mit seinen herrlichen Buchten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und einen sehr privaten Bereich mit Pool und schattigem Pavillon zum Entspannen/Abkühlen, während sich die Kinder im Pool vergnügen, sehr nette Gastgeber.

En fantastisk villa med allt som man kan tänkas behöva under en semestervecka! Fantastisk pool, närhet till affärer, stränder, vingårdar och restauranter, både med bil och på promenadavstånd. En fantastisk värdfamilj som är måna om att hjälpa till med tips och råd för att göra vistelsen ändå bättre!

Lovely villa for the perfect, relaxing holiday.

The house & location were wonderful, everything we needed for a family break. Kids loved the pool & there is a nice relaxing walk into the town. Booking was very smooth & Luci & family were so welcoming & helpful. Location means you can do as much or as little as you want. Korcula is stunning, a wonderful place to visit.

Wonderful villa

We had an excellent holiday on the beautiful island of Korcula. Everything about the holiday was perfect - the pool, the villa, the location, the weather, the restaurants and bars for eating and the beaches in Lumbarda. Luci and her parents were very kind, helpful and friendly and we had the most amazing week in their villa.

Sehr schön!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die sehr ruhige Lage konnten wir sehr gut entspannen und den Garten und den Pool genießen. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht kurze Wege zum Einkaufen (Supermarkt/Bäcker/Metzger). Die Läden sind ca. 400-500m entfernt und zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Auch die Altstadt von Korcula ist in ~ 10-15Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Top ! À louer sans aucun souci.

Location conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison calme. Les propriétaires sont super sympas, la maison est parfaite pour 2 adultes et 3 ados. La piscine était bien agréable au retour des plages (2 de sable a 10 mn en voiture) et la clim nécessaire vu la chaleur la nuit. Les conseils des propriétaires ont été les bienvenus et korcula est sublime. Petits commerces à 5 mn à pied bien appréciables. Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus !

Amazing holiday with my children!

Very nice and clean house with lovely owners, the garden was beautiful with a really great pool, the kids 12 and 15 and myself loved it! We rented 50 cc scooters nearby at L.M and it was a 5 minutes ride in to Korcula town, we went to Lumbarda beach and the village of Racisce and Vaja bay, Kneze and resturant Dalmatino was great! We also rented a small boat and explored the smaller islands. This is really a lovely spot for a relaxing holiday, I would also highly recommend this!

Really beautiful and relaxing spot

A really lovely spot for a relaxing holiday. The house was clean and tidy with good air conditioning. A beautiful garden with a lovely pool that was in great condition and very well maintained. The location is a little set back from the town so it would be worth hiring a car, otherwise the taxi service was great. Korcula is a really beautiful island, the old town had loads of amazing restaurant in the old town and lots of nice places for drinks overlooking the sunset on the sea! the owners were so welcoming to us when we arrived and really really helpful with booking things before we arrived. A great little spot for a nice family holiday. I would highly reccomend!

This property is full of family memories... That olive next to the swimming pool, it was planted by my mother's grandfather 100 years ago. And the area around is paved by stone that once was a part of a slate roof of an old stone shelter on the property. So much history! We kept as much as we could and blended with the modern, first in our own house and then in yours too. We loved the place and we thought we should share this beauty with villa Veluto was born

The fresh air, the colors of nature, the smell of wild flowers in the spring, the gentle whisper of olive trees in the summer afternoons, the song of that will make you fall in love with the place. Here, you can embrace Mediterranean and its style of life away from the rush of the modern world. This is why I always come back, to recharge my batteries and connect with the nature.
