⋑ Please make sure to use makeup towels and avoid using white towels. This could result in a small fee.

This property is a 20 Minute Drive to downtown Denver and nearby all kinds of parks, Downtown Boulder, and Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge(assisted living).

≫Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
≫Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Fine of $100-$1000 may apply.
≫Trash needs to be taken out at the end of stay.
≫If maintenance is needed, they will enter the home only when absolutely necessary. You will be informed in advance in the visit coincides with your stay and it will be scheduled at a time most convenient for you.
