This unit was great for us. I have one suggestion. I think the the bathroom attached to the main bedroom to the right as you enter the unit needs a walk in shower or some sort of mat in the tub that is not slippery. I have difficulty getting into a tub and it was even more difficult with the slippery tub.Thank you.

The property was fine except that the room lock was malfunctioning and they couldn’t thoroughly fix or explain how to use it for 2 days. This was very frustrating. The young woman working at the front desk was doing everything she could to help us but she needed better support.

Great location and parking. Bedding was clean. Carpeting and couch was stained. Paint on wall in master bath was peeling and had no bath towels. I need to go to the front desk for towels. Body wash was half used. Could only get one use. Microwave in the kitchen handle was broken and couldn’t be used. I was unaware there was 150 incidental fee that I had to provide at the front desk upon check-in. Front desk said it will take 10 to 15 business days before that is released off of my credit card.

Very nice and clean. One toilet was not shutting off. We called about it and they came and immediately fixed it. Nice location, kept up very well. Would recommend it.

We had to do late check in because we were there for work at this festival that ended around 10pm. The check in with lock box was smooth but we really had horrible time staying at this property. There was mold in the shower curtain and overall the place was outdated and not clean. shampoo conditioner and body wash dispensers were all empty and had hard time even pressing anything out. This property was booked for party of 5 and there was only 3 bath towels! Since we arrived late we couldn't get any extra towels or amenities. In the kitchen there was one paper towel half wet, we don't know with what kind of water. Downstairs person was jabbing at the ceiling constantly when all we wanted to do is get cleaned, eat, and sleep. The door was not locking good because of the gap it had we had to call Maintenace but somehow manage to shut it and move it around to lock it because we had to leave early for work. we had unpleasant time staying here and we won't be back.

The first unit was a nightmare, although customer care was fantastic. A/C unit was hardly working, they fixed that but then somehow carpet was soaking wet by that evening and smelled of mold would have been putting it mildly.New unit was much better but also needs a good update/overhaul. Steps are crumbling and looks like a lot of wood rot on outside posts. Otherwise, it was a delightful stay. My concerns were always addressed promptly and could not have handled more professionally. It is unfortunate that the property itself isn't in better shape. I would definitely stay again if updated.

Property in general and our unit in specific were a bit worn-- some units are currently undergoing renovation. Very quiet-- made for good sleeping. Property manager responded to all my questions in advance very promptly. We were in town for a wedding, and wanted a place with a common room for our down time-- and didn't want to pay for two hotel rooms. Served us well.

Sisters Weekend

Clean and updated. Comfortable. Would have preferred better access to media programming....Netflix, Prime for better televiaion watching. Close to whatever we needed. 30 minute drive to Philly. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

It was so nice we extended our stay by one day. Great layout, great sleeping for 4 adults, 2 bedrooms and a living room with a fold out sofa bed. Full kitchen, and kitchen table and the perfect with 2 bathroom set up, the toilet and tub was each behind its own door while the sink was open to the bedroom which made 4 adults getting ready a breeze.

Perfect

I had 4 adults staying in one room, Needed separate rooms for each and this was perfect. 2 bedrooms and a living room that had sleeping as well. The kitchen table was perfect for games or eating, and with 2 bathrooms no on had to wait in line to get ready in the morning. The toilet and shower was behind its own door while the sink was open to the bed room so every one was getting ready at the same time at different stages. I do think eventually this will be converted to apartment buildings verses a Motel but I would stay there again if they still rent rooms for a day or two. There was a mini full kitchen which made it easier and made it feel more homey then hotel and that is what we were going through. Staff was great.

Very clean

This location was very clean. We arrived after business hours and it was difficult finding the office after dark. It was even more difficult finding our room but we are glad we did.

Poorly maintained unit

Great location, however property was poorly maintained. Issues with mold in shower, tub which did not drain properly, noisy bathroom exhaust fan, toilets which continually ran, multiple lights burned out, dirt build up on refrigerator, front door lock was troublesome. Contacted on-site agent on Friday when checking in and was told that no one could address issues until Monday. Daughter was reluctant to stay with her eight year old son. Sorry that we booked this unit.
