Experience the energy of New Orleans at The Eleanor, a vacation rental in the heart of downtown — just minutes from Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and Smoothie King Center. Whether you’re visiting for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, a concert, or just to enjoy the city's legendary nightlife, dining, and shopping - our location puts you steps from it all.
The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space is one unit and offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Five of the bedrooms offer a king bed and the sixth bedroom has two queen size beds. with an ensuite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have a shower only and the other two bathrooms offer a tub/shower combo. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV, all with streaming abilities. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer and clothing steamer for use during your stay as well.
The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.
We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state of the art smoke alarm system.
The Eleanor New Orleans Vacation Rentals are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. Our arrival process is contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
While our vacation rental does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property. Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.
We are conveniently located near many popular attractions: Entertainment: French Quarter – 3 blocks to the beginning and 5 blocks (10 minute walk) to Bourbon Street Superdome – 10 minute walk Smoothie King Center – 10 minute walk Saenger Theatre- 1 block (4 minute walk) Joy Theater – 1 block (4 minute walk)
Transportation: Amtrak (train) and Greyhound (bus) Stations – 0.7 miles, easily accessible via the Union Passenger Terminal via Canal St Streetcar (only $3/day on the Le Pass RTA app).
Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) – 14.4 miles (approx. 20 minutes without traffic) – There are many Uber/Lyft/Taxi cabs at the airport that are readily available to bring you downtown.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.
Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement link will be sent to you immediately after booking.
Looking for something even larger? This is our largest accommodations single unit, but we do offer two 7BD/7B options that are 2 combined units with a connecting door - 7 king bedrooms with 7 ensuite bathrooms, two queen sofa sleepers, two full living areas and two kitchens.
You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building and is designated as a non-smoking area. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.

Amazing Jazz Fest weekend!
We had a large group to celebrate my husband’s 50th at Jazz Fest. The accommodations were perfect! Each couple had their own room and the few singles had their own beds. The condo was spotless, spacious and super modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend staying there.

Eleanor NOLA Stay
We had a group of 6 guys from out of town for a golf trip. The property was exactly as described on VRBO. Perfectly designed to accommodate with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Location is great for access to restaurants and bars without being in the middle of it. Everyone agreed that we would stay there again.

Girlfriends Trip
This location was great for a girlfriend’s trip. Ample sleeping space and beds were amazing. The only down fall was the parking rates. Try and go in as few cars as possible. We spent over 375 for 4 cats for a weekend trip.

The unit was exactly as described. The only issue, we didn't have enough towels for the entire group and vending machine on property would have been great. Since issues were minor we didn't feel necessary to contact owner. Overall our stay was excellent and look forward to visiting again.

Slow response to needs on site
I had excellent response when booking and during the check in process. The rooms were beautiful and as described. However, the garage was very small for our minivans and the elevator didn't work. This should be noted, even though you are not responsible for this. Unfortunately we had a toilet not working with no person to fix for over 24 hours. When they did come, they flooded the bathroom and left it that way soaking personal belongings in the adjoining room. Finally got some towels but too little, too late.
