The Gallatin Cabin is a wonderful cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin constructed of hand hewed fully scribed Canadian lodge-pole logs from Amish builders. Built by hand and completed in May 2024 this cabin has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. You have a 360 degree view of the wonderful Absaroka and Gallatin mountain ranges. This lovely property also is home to an additional 2 bedroom cabin plus a gathering area which is wonderful if you are needing additional space for your family or your group. Also on property is a Main house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms should you be needing to expand your booking. This location is in the heart of Paradise Valley with Yellowstone National Park within easy driving distance. Very close to world class fishing on the Yellowstone River, historic Chico Hot Springs & Resort, Pray, MT, Emmigrant Montana and within driving distance to Bozeman, MT if you are looking for nightlife! Just a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Perfect stay

We spent three nights at the cabin and couldnā€™t have asked for a more perfect spot. The cabin was immaculate and of the highest quality. Beds were comfortable and the location and scenery were beautiful. We went to a concert in Emigrant about 15 minutes away, fished the Yellowstone and dined in Livingston. The host was easy and pleasant to deal with and we are already hoping to schedule another stay next year.

Awesome Montana Experience

I visited with my wife and 2 young kids (8 and 11). The cabin and property exceeded our expectations. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating since we were also in town for a wedding. Beautiful views and a great location. One hour from both BZN and Yellowstone. Highly recommend for a great and authentic Montana experience.

Our log cabin was spotless and practically brand new. We loved that it was not on the highway but was convenient to Chico Hot Springs, sevrral places to eat and a short drive to Gardiner. Would love to stay again!

Pictures don't do it justice. Great location and really nice cabin, new and clean, well built. Enjoyed the stay and enjoyed being out in the country. Nicely located next to the Yellowstone River and not far from hike to Pine Creek Falls. Don't miss the deep dish at the Engine House in Livingston!!! Only suggestion is if you're there in the heat of the summer, nights get a little toasty. Would be nice if they added a window unit to cool it down.

Great little cabin in the most beautiful valley

I stayed at the Gallatin Cabin for a weekend with my Dad and my wife. We were all very comfortable in the cabin and enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch with an inspiring view of the mountains and the company of two funny kitties. Would love to stay there again.

We loved this cabin!

What a fantastic property. Right next to the mountains and a national forest. The pictures of the cabin don't do it justice, it is really nice, super clean, and very large. The large front porch was awesome for morning coffee while watching the deer walk by, and seeing the cattle mill around across the road. The kitchen is stocked with tons of dishes. The view of the stars from here is amazing. Lots to do in the area. Hiking, horse trail rides, river rafting. Go check out Chico Hot Springs, that was fun.

This cozy cabin is perfect for a Paradise Valley stay. The scenery & view CANNOT be beat! The location is about an hour-ish from Bozeman airport - which is what our travel group prefers. Completely immersed in the Montana experience! The beds are comfortable, cabin is clean & charming. We never turned on a tv. Coffee on the front porch at sunrise was breathtaking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We would love to rent both cabins & bring a bigger group next time. This visit we had 3 people. Location is great! 45-60 minutes to Yellowstone, and less to hiking areas, fly fishing, rafting, horseback ridingā€¦ the Old Saloon is one of our favorite spots for dinner & music. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental.

This is a beautiful little cabin tucked out of the way. Renee responded quickly answering any questions asked. We spent four nights in the cabin and enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife.

Loved having the tv channels everything was great kitchen had everything you could ask for parking was perfect the porch was great construction was spot on but the tv position was not good hard on the neck but after a long day it was nice to have movies etc to watch overall i would say 4and7/8 stars jen was great

Legit Amish Built log cabin

This cozy cabin was perfect! My husband was completely blown away by the details and how the cabin was constructed. The view from this location is absolutely beautiful. We were mesmerized by the stars at night, but both my daughter and I fell off the patio lol. My daughter loved waking up to a view of the mountains and some cows. We had to book in a short amount of time and they were able to accommodate us. We had a great experience at this cabin and would totally recommend it to our family and friends.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning 360-degree views of the mountain ranges. And the cabin itself is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Our host Renee was exceptionalā€”highly responsive and incredibly accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect! The cabin was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. From the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peacefulness of the location, combined with the warmth and hospitality of our host, made this the best vacation experience. We can't wait to return!
