The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the quiet Regal Palms community as you step onto the small patio, a peaceful spot to ease into your day. The gentle hum of the lazy river nearby invites you to unwind, while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen nook. Inside, the townhome opens to a spacious living area where you can stretch out after a day of Orlando adventures, feeling instantly at home.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, giving everyone room to spread out. On the downstairs level, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full bed plus a trundle bed, and the third bedroom includes a king size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom.



Living spaces

The main living area is designed for time together, with comfortable seating and a large TV for movie nights. A dining area sits nearby for shared meals, complemented by a breakfast nook in the kitchen. From the living room, step onto the small patio with seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A free washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the essentials you need to prepare simple meals. An indoor dining area provides room for shared meals, while the breakfast nook offers a casual spot for quick bites.



Community amenities

Within the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, you gain access to a vibrant amenity center. Dive into the pool with a slide, float along the lazy river, or work out in the gym. Kids can explore the indoor playground, and everyone can enjoy the on‑site restaurant/bar and ice‑cream shop. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.



Comfort and conveniences

The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and safety essentials including smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first‑aid kit. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, along with hangers, an iron and a private entrance with self check‑in via smart lock.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
