Dear Marcia, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay did not meet your expectations, despite our best efforts. Upon arriving, you had concerns about the kitchen. Our manager addressed this promptly. They followed up and you said you were satisfied. Six days after you checked out, you sent a 3-page letter of complaints with 33 images. We’re advised you went into the property manager’s office later to follow up and ask how we were going to respond. House keeping comes in twice a week. Our manager reached out to you during your stay to ensure you were happy. You did not say anything to our house keeper, leave a note, or reply to our manager when given the opportunity. You advised you called the police about a dog on the street and were frustrated that the meat you left in the trunk of your car spoiled in the heat. While we sympathize, this is beyond our control. You had concerns about the microwave, (you mentioned you do not use microwave ovens) and that your children could not reach a light switch despite them not being with you on this trip. A lot of countries are recording above normal temperatures. It is hotter than normal this summer. We do our best to satisfy any concerns our guests have during their stay. We take pride in our villa and have 5-star reviews on other platforms and guests that come back every year. We would have been happy to address your concerns during your stay if you had let us know.
