We apologize for the lighting situation but We do provide motion lighting out side but for some reason the previous guest turned the covered light switch off and did not turn back on before leaving. Thank you for your review. We have a set check out at 10:00 to allow cleaning for next guest arriving the same day. We are gladly to accommodate guest with a late checkup upon request depending housekeeping schedule and guest arrival on the same day. Unfortunately we request guest to eat in kitchen area which there is plenty of seating because we have experienced guests staining furniture and not cleaning it up in a timely manner leaving things permanently stained. There should have been a dish cloth/sponge under the kitchen sink. Which I will mention to housekeeping to make sure that one is left every time.

Thank you Eddy, for your review, once again information was sent to you prior to check in of act of nature beyond our control regarding falling tree which lead to fence being damage. We stated that the tree was in the process of being removed and that the back patio was still able to be of use, in which you were able to access the patio from inside the house.
