We needed a last minute booking for my parents. The host, Brandon was very quick to answer questions and understood our need. He answered questions wry accurately and even left a celebratory bottle of wine!

Beautiful property and very reponsive host. The only thing that could improve is a map for lake access inside the resort. Excellent place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

The trees were beautiful with fall colors. Plenty of paved paths for walking. A very quiet and relaxing place to stay while make visits.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and so cute. The view of the woods was peaceful. You have to take a walk to get a lake view, but once you do, it’s lovely. The bed was super comfortable and my husband really liked the loft office set-up with a pretty view. Perfect anniversary get-away. 25 minutes to Bloomington with lots of food and fun options.

Brandon offered a very clean, well maintained condo. It had several amenities. A perfect place to stay while we spent a day hiking in the Charles Dean Wilderness. Brandon communicates very well. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We absolutely loved this little getaway spot!

Very clean, charming and well furnished condo, great location, we enjoyed the pool and back patio overlooking the woods. We will definitely rent here again! The host was amazing to work with and even left us ladies a little treat!

Great stay near IU!

Lovely condo on a beautiful golf course near Lake Monroe. Close to IU. Clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor space. Brandon was a great host - very informative! Would definitely stay again!

The Retreat was a DELIGHT! Brandon is a great host & communication was excellent. This was our first time staying in a Vrbo rental, and I immediately realized the benefit to this type of property over a hotel-- it was immaculately clean and maintained! The decor added to a soothing, relaxing environment. The neighborhood is quiet and populated by considerate, friendly folks. It was Memorial Day / Indy 500 weekend, and nobody was being loud and unruly, which is honestly a rarity in Indiana! This meant a lot to us because we were there to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. She is autistic and very sensitive to noise and crowds, so we wanted her to have a nice, stress-free getaway! She loved the upstairs loft area, and we were able to hang some cute birthday decorations with string from the railings & spiral staircase. We enjoyed birdwatching from the awesome balcony view outside! We had several deer visitors out front during our stay. It was a little too cool to use the pool, but it looked REALLY nice and was super conveniently located! Even though it rained the whole time, we still had a really nice time, and look forward to returning!

The Retreat

Brandon‘s place is just lovely! Super charming and comfy! I enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and watching the wildlife and hearing the breeze through the trees. I totally would stay again!

Girls Trip

My daughters and I had a great getaway in this lovely condo! It was a perfect set up for all of us to enjoy time together. The golf course this is located on is beautiful and the restaurant on the property was wonderful as well. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed!

Best Getaway Ever
