You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Cozy Cottage on Vista. Nestled only 6 Minutes from Downtown Boise, 4 minutes from Boise State, and under 5 Minutes from the Boise International Airport! Whether its playing darts or shuffle board, watching your favorite sport in the game room, or looking for an outing at a near by lake for paddle boarding, a stroll on the green belt, or a quick 40 minute trip to Bogus Basin to Ski. You will never run out of things to do! **PROPERTY SIZE AND LOCATION** This charming 1948 Cozy Cottage is the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern living. It is a single-story home with 850 sqft of usable living space for our guests. Don’t underestimate the amount of fun you can have in this cozy area! In addition to being perfectly located among all the beautiful things Boise has to offer, you’ll be greeted by thoughtful design and appliances that are ideal for both short stays and extended visits. --- **THE LIVING ROOM** In the living room, you’ll find two couches that comfortably seat the entire family or group of friends for relaxation or a movie night. There is a 55-inch smart TV that gives you access to all your favorite streaming platforms! Two large windows allow natural light to flood the space, making it feel open and airy. --- **THE HALLWAY** As you walk through the hallway to access the bedrooms or kitchen, you’ll notice a full-body mirror that not only makes the space feel larger but also lets you do a quick fit check before heading out for a night on the town, just 7 minutes away. --- **THE KITCHEN** The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay! It includes pots and pans for cooking, as well as a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. The countertop features a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker with multiple brew sizes. Next to the fridge, you’ll find a full-sized microwave. Nestled in the corner of the kitchen is a 4-person dining table where you can enjoy your meals and coffee together. --- **THE GAME ROOM** Off the kitchen is the game room! We've transformed an underused garage space into a popular gaming and entertainment area. In this room, you'll find a retractable 100-inch projector screen with a ceiling-mounted projector, offering a movie theater-like experience. You can also watch a sports game on the projector while enjoying a game of darts or shuffleboard. This room is equipped with a couch that doubles as a futon, providing additional sleeping space. --- **THE LAUNDRY ROOM** Next to the game room is our fully equipped laundry room, featuring a full-sized stacked Samsung washer and dryer, along with all the products you’ll need to clean your clothes before check-out or during your stay. --- **THE MASTER BEDROOM** To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom. This room includes a closet with hangers and a pack-and-play for little ones. For maximum comfort, you'll find a queen-sized bed with nightstands on both sides for charging your devices. The master bedroom also doubles as an office space for traveling professionals, with a medium-sized desk and a chair. The desk includes a tabletop ring lighted mirror, making it a great vanity space as well. Finally, there’s a 4-drawer dresser to unpack your bags and settle in comfortably. This room faces Vista Road, which is a busy road and a sought-after location. While this comes with some road noise, we provide a sound machine to help ensure a restful night’s sleep. --- **BEDROOM 2** Across the hallway from the master bedroom is a secondary bedroom with two XL twin-sized beds. There is a shared nightstand between the two beds to maximize space, as well as a closet with a hamper and hangers. --- **THE BACKYARD** Accessible from the exterior door of the game room or the front of the house, the fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for little ones or fur babies to roam free! Additionally, behind the fence, there are three off-road parking spots, providing easy entry and exit. --- You’ll have everything you need for a safe, comfortable stay at the Cozy Cottage on Vista!

Quick Staycation!

We stayed here while we had to do some renovations on our home. We had a nice stay away from home, they were completely accommodating for my family who has some physical disabilities. We would very much consider staying again if we ever needed another staycation! The game room is a very nice touch!

Boise Orientation Weekend

Affordable and perfect for our stay! Water pressure was fantastic, the place was clean, and the manager was very responsive when we had a question. There is road noise, but the provided noise machines help a lot! We preferred parking in the alley behind the house as it was easier to enter traffic.

Great little house

The house was just as described. Comfy, cute and clean. There were 3 of us ladies staying there for the long weekend, everything was perfect! The house had all the basic amenities. The location is great, 5min to the airport and a store block away and BSU campus is about 10 minutes.

Comfortable home, fun arcade room, great stay

Wonderful experience! We really appreciated how quickly Jocelyn responded to the couple questions we had. The property was in a great location for easy access to Bogus Basin, and the-onsite parking was great. The place was comfortable and clean, with super easy check-in and check-out policies. The teens loved the arcade room! Next time we make it out to the area, we'll try to book here again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Location and parking were great. Overall the house was a cute and cozy place and the response time for questions from the host was excellent! The game room was fun, but a little less finished than expected. The bedrooms had comfy beds, but we had anticipated using the futon in the game room as well, but didn't due to cleanliness/comfortably. My brother slept on the couch instead.The comforter in the closet was not clean and the foam mattress topper for the futon was covered in spiders and webs. The underside of the futon was the same way when I went to lay it down and had to vacuum those plus the walls and floor around it to get rid of cobwebs, dirt and dust. It seemed as though the entire house hadn't been vacuumed because there were pieces of snack mix and popcorn kernels in the corners of the livingroom, game room and a large pill on the floor of the queen bedroom. The ceilings had cobwebs and dust as well. The sound machines were nice to have with it being a busy steeet, but the place would be much more comfortable with blackout curtains to block the light, especially with the extra light from the car dealership across the way. It was very bright, almost daylight seeming.

Boise business trip

Stayed here for a training we had in Boise for a week in June. Soooo, we chose this location for the proximity to the grocery store and the training, not for its beauty or neighborhood charm. We needed them to be all within walking distance to all our things, but somewhat close to the airport. Check check and check. This ticked the boxes. The other great things about this property: The owner was very nice and responsive. The beds and bedding were extremely comfy. The kitchen was cute and had some pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. There was even a cute little entertainment room with a washer and dryer off to the side. Bonus: there is a cute roving gang of fluffy bunnies that hang out in the back yard. The property is located on a major road and is therefore loud. There’s a LOT of street noise at all hours. But, The owner actually brought us noise machines, which was super nice of her and totally worked! Thanks!
