Travel West Cliff in one direction for less than a mile to arrive at one of the most famous surf spots in the world, Steamer Lane, right at Lighthouse Point and Surfing Museum. From there the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Main Beach and Municipal Wharf are a ten-minute walk (see our map on this page). Heading in the opposite direction on West Cliff brings you to Natural Bridges State Park and Beach. Minutes to wineries, bakeries, downtown restaurants, movie theaters, bookstores, shopping and much more. Many good restaurants and Farmer's Markets right in the neighborhood!

Bring a light jacket, sweatshirt for mornings and evenings in summer! Many guests return from their vacation with a Santa Cruz sweatshirt (our local uniform!). Cancellations less than 60 days are subject to forfeiture of half of all rental moneys deposited/ less than 30 days subject to forfeiture of all rental moneys deposited unless we can re-rent the house for the period of your reservation. All cancellations subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
