This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

It is really convenient, the staff is amazing and the condos are roomy and right on the river. There's nothing like stepping out onto your balcony and having a stream right there. Our family will never stay anywhere else.

Dirty carpets and broken fixtures

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fireplace did not work, microwave light did not work, missing electrical outlet cover, carpets were very worn and old with multiple large stains. There was also mildew and water leaks in both bathrooms.Not a great experience.

Convenient Location Condo needs updates and TLC!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of PP! It’s quiet and convenient to downtown and the people are super nice there. However, condo 303 is in need of some TLC! Needs updating...mold in bathroom around air vent...in top of shower...big holeIn door. Overall cleanliness was ok...it’s just hard to get past a few things. The beds are comfy but are just laying there on top of metal frames and look really old. If some TLC was given and they required the owners to update and maintain the condos I would have zero complaints.
