Thank you for sharing your feedback about Sandsational Memories. I’m very sorry the dishwasher and refrigerator were not clean on arrival and that the basics and master bath condition fell short of expectations. We addressed these concerns with our housekeeping team immediately: the dishwasher and refrigerator have been deep-cleaned and deodorized, the fridge drawers were thoroughly cleaned, and we've reviewed appliance checks with staff. We’re also updating our kitchen supply checklist, and the stain in the master bath has been scheduled for cleaning/repair. Additionally, we reviewed our check-in process to ensure arrival information is provided before guests arrive. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us improve for future guests.

Thank you for sharing feedback about Sandsational Memories. I’m glad the location, layout, and space worked well for your group. I’m sorry for the inconveniences you experienced — that fell short of our standards. Based on your notes, here are the actions we’re taking: - Inspecting and replacing the two upstairs hair dryers to ensure they work reliably. - Confirming towel inventory and housekeeping procedures so an appropriate starter supply is in the home; glad our team was able to bring more during your stay. - Adding a compact cordless vacuum for the main floor to help control sand. - Repairing or replacing the toaster and fixing the broken kitchen drawers. - Adding extra baking sheets and reviewing the full cookware/dishware inventory. - Scheduling a full property inspection and performing any needed TLC and maintenance. Thank you again for the detailed feedback — it helps us improve for future guests.
