Larry’s Vrbo is so warm and welcoming. We had everything our family needed for our stay, with so many added amenities to make our time more enjoyable. The five bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The dining area, outdoor decks, and living room were great for all of us to gather together. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this Vrbo! Thank you for everything.

Fantastic property. Great location - can walk everywhere. Teenage kids brought friends and all had a blast. The beds are so comfy and the sheets are so soft. Everyone was happy. Totally recommend this property. Owners are so focused on making everyone happy. They dropped off a cart to bring chairs to beach!

This was our third stay and once again, it was beyond perfect. I challenge anyone to find anything that could be improved. Larry has thought of everything. The location can't be beat. This year we took the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard and its stop is less than a 5 minute walk from the house! And the Windfall Market is a two minute walk and a great way to start the day--especially if you love freshly made baked goods and breads and lovely people. Oh, and the beach is right down the street-honest! Please give it a try. You will thank me--promise!

This property is a great location with very close access to the beach and the Island Queen ferry. Downtown restaurants and retail are also close. The back deck and yard are very comfortable and relaxing. For our group, the cottage worked well for remote work privacy.

There could NOT be any better place!

Just imagine being in the most amazing vacation home EVER while also feeling totally at home. Honest--that's exactly how you will feel if you are lucky enough to snag Lawrence's house. This was our second year staying there with our gaggle of kids and grandkids and everyone had the best time ever. And since there is the little house in the backyard, you can have both togetherness AND privacy. Everything was perfect and the extra bonus this year was the adorable bunny family in the back yard. They were so friendly and sweet. We walked everywhere--even to the beach and would not even consider staying anywhere else.

best rental EVER!

If you have a chance to stay at Lawrence's beautiful home, you definitely should. Everything about it is beyond perfect and he is the most gracious, thoughtful host you will ever come across. The location is ideal--you can walk to town and a gorgeous beach. (And a Dairy Queen!) Every amenity you can think of (and some you couldn't imagine) are there. For example, he even encourages you to take a book you would like to read and leave one for the next guest! And the "bonus" cottage is icing on the cake. Talk about privacy and plenty of room to gather! You really have to see it to believe it!
