Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad to hear that you found our place great for your small family, clean, well-equipped, and that you appreciated our quick response time. We strive to provide a fantastic experience for all our guests. Regarding access to surrounding hotel amenities, we understand that this would be a convenient feature. Unfortunately, due to the independent nature of our property at South Hampton and the other hotels in the area, we do not have agreements in place that allow our guests to utilize their amenities (such as pools, gyms, or complimentary breakfasts) unless you are a registered guest at their specific hotel. This is a standard policy across most hotel chains and independent accommodations. We also want to reiterate that our information packet explicitly states that access to Embassy Suites amenities is not included with your stay. We do hope that our proximity to a variety of food and shopping options helps to make up for this, and that you found plenty to enjoy within a short distance of the property. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you back to South Hampton in the future!
