Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

This lake home property is located in an incredible private setting, providing a wonderful relaxing stay to a couple or a large family, with stunning sunsets in a serene lake view.
The space
This wonderful property has been upgraded with many amenities.

The upstairs level has living area facing the gorgeous lake with an extensive outdoor deck, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms with one of the bathrooms includes a jacuzzi tub. It also has a working kitchen and table facilities. In addition; the living area has a Shuffle Board and a Foosball game for great entertainment. 3 TV's are strategically placed.

The downstairs level has a living room, with full views of the lake, heading out to a large deck complete with siting areas and BBQ Grill, a kitchen table;
1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds, the second bedroom has 4 twin beds, bathroom with full shower & a half bathroom. 3 TV's are also strategically placed.

For those days that you want to relax indoor, we offer: a pool table, dart board for entertainment.
Guest access
Depending on your needs, the home is split into two totally separate levels , each with a complete setup of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor decks, and living areas.

If you rent the entire home then you will have access to all amenities in both floors.

Enjoyed our stay. The lake house was peferct and the kids loved it. Dino was a great host, very responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Adults Get Away

Four couples spent three nights at this property on Beaver Lake. Loads of activities available at this house like shuffleboard, frisbee golf and more. It does have stairs but has two kitchens and a great view of the lake. Would be a great place for a family group with lots of kids. Would stay there again.

Beaver Lake Getaway

Dino and his home were great! He really takes pride in keeping it orderly and clean. There was so much to do, we didn't have time to play everything he had available. We had 14 people including adults, teens, and a three-year-old. Everyone had a blast! The swim deck was great for floating and tying up the boat and jet skis. The view from both decks was amazing!Dino was great to get along with and very responsive to questions. Totally recommend this place!

The property is nice, but our experience was nothing short of terrible. When we arrived to the property we were hit with the smell of someone’s recent defecation in the downstairs toilet. It was raining upon arrival so we stood in the garage waiting for the upstairs and down stairs to air out. We then found the toilet had fresh skid marks in it. This is just the start. As we begin to settle in, we start using the upstairs shower to find out that both toilets downstairs were leaking sewage along with sewage coming from a ceiling in a basement bedroom. Dino came out and turns out the toilet that had been used prior to arrival was clogged. The toilet was removed and snaked. The floors were wiped up with towels and left for us to mop up all areas to properly clean. While there, Dino had to go set up all tvs as none were working. It gets worse. The master bed was missing its sheets and Dino was unable to locate them. Upon getting ready for bed, we inspect the comforter for the master bed and it is covered in stains and BOOGERS. Even a booger on the wall next to the bed. The second day he sent someone out to put sheets on the bed. Dino offered to buy us pizza for our inconvenience, but we had already bought our food for the Memorial Day weekend so we declined. After our stay I had to ask for 1/2 night refund which I thought I was being more than fair only asking for half of one night off. Instead he fought it and knocked off 30% of one night claiming there were other beds to use.

I would like to respond to Jon’s bad reviews about the Boogers on the bed and walls. I am NOT in agreement because I just had 2 attorneys check out the morning day before and had professional cleaning people clean up the place. Jon mentioned about the Queen bed not having sheets. But Jon never mentioned about the boogers till after 2 days later.. Jon states that his kids are always by his side and don’t wonder off , so his kids could have not done it. But yet I saw the kids running around playing. There was sheets in the closet. One of the toilets did clog up. I responded within one hour to fix the problem. So I fixed the problem and offered to buy pizza for everyone for the inconvenience. As for the smell I sprayed a bottle of spray to smell pretty. Jon had wanted compensation of almost $1000 but would settle for $400 . He also explained how in Florida he was compensated for the place not being clean. So in listening to Jon. This was not his first time complaining. If I would not pay what he was asking he would put a bad review. So I called VERBO and explained the situation. Then called Jon back he says it was between us and not VERBO . I finally told Jon since you broke my fooseball score keeping number rack and lose my plug to the cable to my Rokucontrol box and lost my fooseballs to the game. I paid Jon $250 for the inconvenience of the toilet issue. I want every HOST to be aware of this client. I am a Veteran Marine and I would never do a customer wrong. I have earned Top Host with every agency. Would not recommend him or rent to him ever again.

Incredible property right on the lake

Beautiful home with 2 separate levels, each with a full kitchen, living room, and patio overlooking the lake. The kitchens had Brita water filters, a Keurig, and full kitchen amenities. So many games from Shuffleboard, foosball, pool, arcade games and more! Directly on the lake with a small non-motorized boat for fishing, multiple kayaks, swimming in the lake right from the backyard! Bonus hot tub on the lower patio with great strung lighting for the evening time. Plenty of towels, countless beds and space to hang out! We created so many memories! We brought our own boat that we put in at the boat ramp just a few minutes away and were able to use the dock right on the property during the day. Owner/host was responsive with questions and doors have simple codes which made it easy.
