We had a great time at Hossy's guest house.Nagai is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the real Japanese daily routine. Nagai park is great, very close to the house, there are lot of restaurants around, various supermarkets, a post office, several sentō (public bath), and a subway and JR station. There are only a few tourists there, which is a great thing! We highly recommend "Hossy Style" House if you want to experience a true Japanese trip in Osaka!

Perfect stay!

The property was very authentic, which is what we were looking for. It had everything we needed and all the extras were very much appreciated. It was perfectly located for the train station where you could catch a train for any destination. Our son especially liked the drinks vending machine directly opposite the main entrance. Hossy was very welcoming and we could contact him anytime with any queries and he was very helpful if we needed advise about any of our visits. He sorted out our internet problem so it was constant everywhere we visited so this helped us find our way around much easier. If we come back to Japan, which I'm sure we will, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Hossy for being the perfect host - Japan was AMAZING!! Sandra, Dave and Lucas x

A HOSSY STYLE EXPERIENCE WE WON'T FORGET

Our stay in Osaka was made perfect by having chosen this accommodation. We found the apartment even better than was described on line, and our host Hossy was on hand to greet us cheerily even though it was late in the evening. He briefed us on everything we needed to know,and gave us advice on where the metro and supermarket were, and invaluable local information. The apartment had all we needed , including aircon, washing machine, nice kitchen and appliances, and the apartment is super clean and cared for, and quite unique in appearance. The best thing for a first-time visitor to Osaka was its location - 10 minutes easy walk to the metro, brilliant supermarket and a huge variety of eateries. Our host Hossy was welcoming, gracious and entertaining. Nothing was too big a deal for him, and he even came to see us off on departure for the airport. You couldn't ask for more!! On our next visit to Osaka, this is definitely where we will be staying.

I recently returned from my trip to Japan with my 2 daughters. I spent 1 week in Osaka at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. It was conveniently located near the JR train station and the subway station. The apartment was clean and stocked with the basic necessities including washer/dryer, fridge, and microwave. Beds were comfortable. It was more spacious than the apartment I rented in Tokyo. Portable WIFI very helpful. Hossy and his assistant, Nana, were wonderful. Hossy provided me detailed directions including pictures to help me get to the apartment from Osaka station. After meeting them at his office, they escorted us to our apartment and gave as an overview on how to operate the appliances etc. He also had laminated directions to some local restaurants and convenient stores. On the day I was leaving to return home, there was heavy rainfall throughout the night. The JR trains and subways going to the airport stopped running and roads were flooded. I did not realize this until I arrived at the JR station and then tried the subway. I contacted Hossy and after calling several Taxi companies, he was able to find a company to take me to KIX airport. Keep in mind, car service was very limited due to the weather. The taxi ride cost about $ 110 USD. Another company I was speaking to was going to charge me $ 360 USD. Big difference .. possibly taking advantage of a tourist? Hossy and Nana went above and beyond to help us get to the airport. If I ever return to Osaka, I would not hesitate to reserve this location again. Thanks again for everything !!! Got it ?

This is my first visit in Japan, my friend and I choose Osaka for our 8 days vacation, it was awesome! Hossy san was very helpful, he helped us to reserve the table in 2 famous restaurants as we were not able to book them online, apart from that, Hossy san was very considerate, he provided a lot of maps to us and also sent us update weather information in whatsapp, furthermore, he also worried about our stay and sent us message to check if we need his help. :) thank you Hossy san! No matter the service/ the location (within 5 minutes walk to both JR line and metro) or cleanliness or the design of this apartment, we both think that it's worth to stay in!

We liked our stay. Our host was friendly and fun. He didn't mind when we showed up a day early and he put himself out to make us feel welcome. The place was decorated in a fun manner and it was spacious enough. The windows were frosted for privacy and we were so close to the station we could hear the trains go past. Our only two negatives were we would have liked a plug in stove top to cook and the apartment was a little far out from some of the tourists places in Osaka.

Hossy you are the best! If you want to have a great time in Osaka, this might be the best place with the best and coolest host in the hole town. The apartement looks cool, and has a lot of space. You can run in the nearby Nagai Park, the JR Line and underground is right arround the corner, and a lot of good restaurants are in the neighborhood. Also try the Onsen down the street and dont be shy, we fell in love with it! The apartment stays cool in the summer and you got a big fridge for drinks. You can't cook, but you really shouldn't. Enjoy Osaka and the food as much as you can. Hossy will help if you have questions or need to know something. Best Place we had in Japan! THANK YOU HOSSY! ♡

We felt very much at home in the appartment. It is easy to reach, everything you need is close by.

We felt very much at home in the appartment. It is easy to reach, everything you need is close by. Convini, supermarket, pharmacy and of course subway and JR! We received a warm welcome and Hossy took the time to explain everything in detail to us. We had a marvellous time in Osaka and I hope to come back to stay at Hossy's place again! :)

Hossy set a very standard in the service he provides. First, he gives very good (clear and detailed) directions to go to the apartment. We had no problem finding the place at all. When we met Hossy, he talked us through on how to use the facilities e.g. washer / dryer, hot water, air cond/heater. This is very helpful given we cannot read Japanese. The apartment is very well located, close to many restaurants and close to subway and JR station. The toilet area is small, but the whole apartment is very clean. room for improvement : have a knife for cutting fruits. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and would recommend this place.

We loved our stay in Osaka. The condo was very clean with the kitchen and laundry. Great location, close to JR and metro station as well as Nagai Park. The host was very friendly and helpful. He assembled a folder with information, maps, and directions how to get to various tourist's attractions in the area. Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in this condo and we are highly recommending it.

The first impression to this place is the host "hossy" as he is very kind, helpful & friendy. He prepared everything he think we might need it. The place itself is very clean and well equipped for the needs of travellers. It's not far (walking distance) to both subway & JR stations. I like the place much. If i could come back to Osaka, I would come back stay here and even recommend friends about this place. Nice place, great host, good location ^^
