Tucked away on this level is the first bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ample built-in cupboards, and an en-suite bathroom boasting a shower over the bath. A door leads from the bedroom to an outdoor patio area, complete with an additional shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day spent at the nearby beach. Adjacent to the kitchen lies a versatile study/work station area, offering a tranquil space for productivity, with double doors opening onto the outdoor patio featuring a sun umbrella seating area and Weber BBQ – perfect for al fresco dining.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that TRUVI is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival.
