Relaxing and enjoying vacation

We had a wonderful time. The unit was perfect for us and just as described. Very clean and had everything ready and stocked for our stay. Beach access was steps away. We are looking forward to booking our next trip in this unit!

Wonderful property!

We enjoyed our weekend so much at Beach Impediment. Beautifully decorated, comfy king-sized bed, fantastic view and location, quiet and peaceful-what more could you ask for? We can’t wait to visit again!

Enjoyable stay

Me and my wife rented the condo for a week the first week in June 2026 and it was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was great and gave me her number and others if we ran into any issues but thankfully we had no need to call. The Dunes condo itself is a little dated but no bad. The only negative I can say is there isent much beach at high tide due to beach erosion.there’s enough for chairs and umbrella but there’s plenty of beach the rest of the time.We loved the fact that there are no pets allowed at the Dunes because I don’t want to get fleas renting a room again not everyone takes care of there dogs the same. Will rent this condo again god willing

Beautiful place

Highly recommend a stay here. The view is unmatched! My husband and I spent every evening on the porch watching the high tide and listening to the waves. The condo is exactly as advertised and less than a 1 minute step to beach access.

Great beachfront condo

This 1-bedroom condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and watching the surf. Well appointed kitchen and comfy bed. We didn’t use any of the community amenities so can’t provide any feedback on them. If you are looking for a perfect offseason place this is fantastic! During peak season I would anticipate the beach being far too crowded.

Beautiful place

The place was easy to find and easy to get into. As soon as I walked in I said “holy s**t!” Very clean place with an amazing view and the bed was comfortable too. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and the whole place has a relaxing atmosphere. We went to a small shack in the Food Lion parking lot and purchased fresh shrimp and scallops, that’s definitely worth trying if you’re in the area. I honestly didn’t want to leave, we’re already talking about coming back again sometime.

Amazingly clean and beautifully decorated!

The Beach impeachment Condo exceeded our expectations. Everything from floor to ceiling was spotless, thoughtfully, and beautifully decorated. Easy walk to beach carrying beach equipment with no elevator needed! HUGE PLUS! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was just like one at home not losing water pressure or heat temperature! Can’t say enough good things. I would love to stay there again and again!

Serenity

Lovely condo! So clean and comfortable! The balcony is so close to the beach that the views are incredible. Comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen, easy walk to beach, easy drive to Snead’s Ferry for excellent restaurants, all make for a lovely adventure. The property manager is an excellent communicator who answered all our questions and made the reservation process very clear. We will be returning as often as time allows!

Such a relaxing and beautiful place!

This is one of the most beautifully appointed places at which we've stayed. Even though it's a one bedroom condo, they've made creative use of the space. The furniture is comfortable and stylish, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, and there's even a charming fireplace. Starter supplies are included, as well as plush beach towels and a noise machine in the bedroom. The unit was very clean and we loved the keyless entry. The concierge was helpful when we called her upon arrival. We appreciated her quick response and assistance.

The condo is gorgeous! We love to cook on vacation and were thrilled with how well appointed the kitchen is; it has everything we needed and more. The cozy and classy cottage decor gave the trip just the right feel. And we loved how close and convenient the beach was. Our only complaint is that you have to sign back into the internet every few hours, which caused interruptions during our evening movie and World Cup matches. But it was a mild irritation and the cleanliness and niceness of everything made it completely worthwhile. We were especially thankful for a very attentive host. Thank you so much!
