We're so happy you're here! Our 3- bedroom home has an old world charm with modern updates. Within a short walking distance to the Walkers Point and 3rd Ward neighborhoods, Summerfest grounds, Harley Davidson Museum and downtown Milwaukee.

It's home to the city's best restaurants & breweries & you're living near “Restaurant Row.” The neighborhood is second to none for Milwaukee's best restaurants, all within walking distance.

First Floor:
-Living room with 55" Smart HD TV - guests can sign into their streaming service accounts and stream via wifi
-Full sized pull out sofa and double doors that close can make this space another bedroom!
-Dining room with dining room table, desk, 5G home internet, and thermostat
-Full kitchen stocked with cooking basics (pots, pans, silverware, utensils, basic spices, bags, tin foil, paper plates, napkins, and more!)
-Coffee station with Keurig, french press, ground coffee, Keurig pods, creamer, tea, and sugar
-Bedroom 1: great for kids: twin over full bunk bed with closet and smart HD TV
-1/2 bathroom with extra toiletries (toilet paper, cotton swabs, q-tips, clean towels)

Second Floor:
-Master bedroom 2: queen bed, large closet, private full bathroom with tub and shower (bath towels, hand towels, q-tips, makeup wipes, toothpaste, feminine products, shampoo+conditioner, shaving needs, and more!)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen bed and closet
-Full bathroom #2 with tub and shower (bath towels, hand towels, q-tips, makeup wipes, toothpaste, feminine products, shampoo+conditioner, shaving needs, and more!)

Guests have access to a 2-car garage attached to the back of the property!

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 21+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
