Living Area: Spacious and comfortable living room with direct access to the porch. The open-concept layout features high-end finishes and ample seating, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy cooking and dining with ease, thanks to the grand island and spacious dining area conveniently located right off the kitchen.
Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with a private bath. Bedroom 3: Two twin-over-full bunk beds are connected to a full bath that also leads to the hallway. Bedroom 4: King-size bed with a private bath. Bedroom 5: King-size bed with a private bath. Bedroom 6: Queen-size bed with a private bath.
Bathrooms: Modern bathrooms include tiled walk-in showers, a soaking tub in the primary suite, and stylish fixtures throughout. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional half bath off the hall downstairs.
Outdoor Space: Remarkable outdoor area with a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy stunning views of the intracoastal waterway from the second-floor deck, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Please note that if you pay to have the pool heated, the pool heater is electric, not gas-powered. As a result, it may take a longer time to reach the desired temperature, depending on various factors. In colder weather, the heater may be less effective or may not be able to heat the pool to the desired temperature at all.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Our helpful staff is available from Monday to Saturday, between 9AM to 5PM, to assist you with any requests you may have during your stay on IOP. In case of an emergency after hours, we have an on-call manager available.

This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline. During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
