Had a great time in Great Harbour cay. The condo was clean and ready for us and had a nice view of the harbor. Easy living with good internet-Would stay there again!

I came by boat and found the place to be perfect for my needs. Great harbor is wonderful and it was great to be in close proximity of the marina.

Ideally located for boaters in a hurricane hole, right on the water, the house is well-equipped and everything is in good working order and spotlessly clean. Would happily return.

My wife and I enjoyed our day at the townhouse overlooking Great Harbor Marina. We will definitely be returning to this townhouse. It had everything we needed.

Fishing and diving with buddies

GHC is a very nice island. People are very friendly. The harbor is safe and easy to navigate. The immigration check in smooth and easy. The condo we stayed in was perfect for what we needed for 4 guys—nothing fancy but all the essentials.

This is a very mean spirited review and we have tried to remove. Obviously, we have hot water. The sliding glass door is older and it is difficult to open if you try to open from the wrong side. I am not sure why someone would do this.

Convenience and tranquility

I have nothing negative to state about our recent stay and experience in Stephanie's townhome. This was our 5th or 6th stay in GHC and the third different marina townhome we have stayed in. For those who haven't been fortunate enough to visit GHC, for one, you cannot expect all the bells and whistles when you're staying on a fairly remote island in the Bahamas. With that being said, Stephanie's townhome was equipped with all of the essentials to accommodate our group...fresh linens and towels, soap, working air conditioning, and kitchen appliances/utensils. There is not much more that any of us could ask for or need...we know how to pack accordingly. Wifi was a nice bonus. The screened in porch was also a great touch and provided the perfect barrier from the sun and insects. Stephanie was very responsive to all of inquiries and accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing and beautiful place to stay! The house was perfectly situated near the marina and the beaches. Very clean and well equipped with anything you would need for a perfect vacation. We would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning!!!

The villa was clean, and in a great location!

We were looking for a clean, and comfortable spot four boys fishing trip, and Stephanie's fellow was perfect. Being it was clean, the beds all in good working order, and the dock area for the boat below the Villa was perfect. Her caretaker was there to greet us, and Stephanie followed up to make sure everything worked well.

Spacious Villa in the heart of the marina with great air conditioner!

The villa was spacious. The kitchen was up to date and comfy but most of all the a/c works spectacular! I so much enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice townhouse

Nice unit, great location on the marina, clean with cable tv and wi fi. Large fish cleaning table came in handy. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had engine problems and they found us a mechanic on the island in minutes

Awesome!!

We could not have asked for a better location and condo. We tool our boat over from Lauderdale. There were weather issues, but Stephanie was accommodating and easy to work with. Wally is the on site helper who can get anything accomplished including a key lime pie delivery. Everything you need to get you started is right there at the marina even if you do not have a boat. There are plenty of guides to help you explore the island. We would go back in a minute.

Your home was great. Very functional layout. Well stocked. Awesome location, perfect for boaters. Everyone on the island was nice and willing to help. Can't wait for a return trip. Thanks for your fast communications.
