Imagine the whitest sand on the beach, imagine the bluest water, imagine the sun that rises over left side of your balcony and sets in the water over right side at the end of the day. Imagine the luxury of the resort - pools, multiple bars, coffee shop, light music, friendly staff. And all of this near everything that Panama City Beach has to offer.

Now imagine your apartment - fresh, comfortable cozy, clean. Very nice living room with 42" TV and nice new sleeper sofa. Kitchen with marble like counter top and brand new appliances. Equipped with everything you might need. Bedroom with large queen bed, mirrors and another TV. Comfortable size closet and enough storage space to organize your staff. There are bunk beds for your little ones outside of the bedroom, offering you privacy.

And the view. The view that is breathtaking. The blue water of the gulf as far as you can see. Upfront of you, on your right and your left.

I could only imagine this before I saw this condo and once I saw it I had to have it. Now I want to share it with you.

I would love to host you and your family. When we stay at our condo we go to the Pier Park for food and entertainment. We rent a boat for a whole day and visit Shell Island or chase some fish in a bay. We observe the dolphins from the balcony slowly go by us. We swim in a gulf, collect the shells, look at different fish that is plenty in the Gulf.

Sometimes we would shop at the Pier Park, spend time in one of the pools or just read on the balcony.

But every winter I come to Panama City Beach to work. I check my condo, fresh and repair if anything in need of repair, replace what need to be repaired. Every time my wife comes with me. Because if something is not good enough for her - it would not be good enough for you.

We are in partnership with one of the most reputable and reliable agency that will make sure that you have everything you need when you are on vacation with us. They will make sure that condo is clean and ready for you, help you to check in and provide you with necessary information.

We really hope that you will choose our condo for your vacation and will enjoy it as much as we do.

To assure your health and ours we have no smoking policy inside the condo. We asking not to bring pets with you. And we also asking you to wait with renting until at least one of the renters is 25 or older.

We would love if you would choose to stay for a longer period of time and will be glad to provide reduced rates for those who would rent for a month or longer.

Condo fully equipped with everything you might expect in your own home: coffeemaker, dishwasher, all the dishes, linens, bath towels, etc. Washer in dryer in the condo, wi-fi and full cable service with the router in the living room.
