This spacious and newly built four bedroom house just outside of Charleston! Perfect for large groups, this charming bungalow features vintage-inspired decor and an open concept living area.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The open concept living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, and features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.
The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
*Please note when booking this listing that the pool gets routine maintenance every Tuesday*
*Please note during winter months there is no guarantee the pool will be heated during your stay. Heating is only effective in optimal temperature ranges averaging 65 and above. Host may consider pool heating on a case by case basis*

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
Upon booking, you agree to the following statement:
