Convenient, close to all area attractions, shopping, beaches, Sportsplex, Zoo OWA Theme Park, Zoo and Golfing are in your back yard. Two full-sized bedrooms with complete 2 bathrooms attached to each. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom has 3 twin bed. There is also an Fold out bed that makes into a single bed. A portable playpen/crib is also available. Folding lawn chairs for your convenience are available .Private back porch steps away to outdoor grill. Community Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Workout room, Tennis courts, Fire pit, seating area by the ponds.Condo is fully stocked.Paper product to get you through the day/night. Just add Food!! Dine at one of the fine local restaurants or purchase fresh seafood and cook your own. Head out for an evening stroll on our white sand beach for some fresh sea air. Pictures are posted. Private quite location. Great Family place.

Family Vacation and Softball Nationals

We really enjoyed this place, Linda was very helpful, quick to respond, and informative. Bugs were a little crazy. But it is really hot. We would definitely visit again!

Everything was excellent!

We came to town for softball nationals in Foley. Perfect location to get to the softball complex and a short drive to the beach! Colony Club was very welcoming, safe, nice and friendly staff! Pool, hot tub and gym areas are really nice! Linda’s unit was perfect for our family of 4! Zero complaints, we will return it in the area again! Thanks for everything!!

Quick getaway

This property is roughly 5 miles from the beach. This place was amazing, great location and great price. If you have any question the manager will a very quick to respond. We will be back.

Some issues, but overall good Condo

The fridge did not work correctly. We had some food spoil because the fridge was not cold enough. The tenants before us also noticed this as they adjusted the temperature of the fridge to the coldest setting. The owner messaged me letting me know that this had apparently foze the fridge and that the setting on the fridge is not to be adjusted. There was also several shards of broken glass on the floor throughout the condo. There were 3 or 4 roaches that we had to kill as well. Overall the condo and amenities of the complex were good. The HOA and owner/members are pretty strict which isn't a huge issue other than the prompt closing of the pool at 10. One of the ladies closing the pool was extremely rude, which isn't something you want to have to deal with on a vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo comes with everything necessary for the stay. Owners had good communication and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at a property of theirs again. Overall was a positive experience.

Family Beach Vacation

Very nice property. Quiet, clean, updated decor, nice pool & hot tub. Unfortunately, the previous renters had turned the fridge and freezer all the way up, so the unit froze up, which meant we had to unplug it and let it thaw out before we could use it. The owner brought over coolers and ice for our groceries until the fridge could be used again. Despite the minor hiccup, we really enjoyed our stay!

Was exactly as described! Happy with the cleanliness and space! 3 twin beds perfect for our 3 daughters. The owner is very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

something to think about

with all vrbo 3 days before trip details need to be given on lock codes. not the day before or the day of. people travel a long ways and need to know before they leave home

We liked mostly everything about the property! The one and only downfall was the huge water bugs that came in or attempted to come in at night!! So if the outside of the property could be be sprayed for bugs, I wouldn’t have any complaints. The owner responded quickly to my message when we wanted to extend our stay another night! The pool was nice! Would definitely stay again!

Softball Nationals and Family Vacation

The best thing about this condo is it is central to all things. Close to the beach, the Warf, Foley, shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Pool looked nice but the one time we tried to get in after a hot softball game it was padlocked shut and it was 8:45pm and was suppose to be open until 10. Condo has the necessities you need and enjoyed the crockpot that was provided and was able to prep a dinner to be ready when we got done with a late game. Being from the country bugs and things don't necessarily bother me too much but nightly we had to move frogs away from the door so we could enter without them coming in with us. They perch everywhere eating the bugs from the outdoor light. Little green tree frogs and one big toad were our nightly visitors. We got to see a few baby lizards around the stairs and rocks as we walked to our car.

Fantastic place!

We’ve stayed at the colony club before but had a different condo. We chose this because of size. And we loved it! Clean and Great communication with the owner! She helped us get in earlier as we got in earlier than planned. Plenty of space and easy setup. We definitely plan on coming back! Thank you!!! We love the Gulf Shores!

Colony Club

Upon entering the parking area, there was construction on some of the units (replacing siding). There were dumpsters throughout the lot which gave it a “ junky feeling “. The unit my family stayed in was very cute, basic, but cute. Our friends stayed in another unit and there unit was very nice. The place was very centrally located to lots of fun activities and restaurants. Overall, it was a very good place to stay. The parking lot does make it feel junky though.

Weekend stay

The impression of the unit we stayed in was very good. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only complaint on the unit is that it was missing a few extra touches that I expected. (no small shampoo/conditioner, no soap in bathroom except antibacterial hand soap and no garbage bags in the bathroom) When I pay money to stay somewhere I expect little special touches. My impression of the whole complex is not very good. There were several buildings that looked like they were being worked on. There were many storage containers throughout the complex. These were the type that look like the back of an 18 wheeler. Not what I expected the complex to look like.

We reside in Baldwin County for over 25+ years where we raised 2 wonderful children. We live just a few miles away. We enjoy staying there any chance we are able to get away.
The location is perfect easy to get around. Private setting on back porch.

Location/Location. You are right in the middle of everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The new GULF SHORES ZOO walking distance. OWA THEME PARK, WATER PARK, The TRACK Beach is 4.5 miles to put you feet in the water. Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall 4.5 miles. Great restaurant, bar, entertainment. Just about anything you would like to do.Gulf Shores has it all. Never a dull moment in Gulf Shores. Yet Colony Club feels like Home, Private, Peaceful, Family involvement and Quite.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo to feel like home. Clean crisp colors with comfortable furniture. Relaxing by the pool. Evening at the Fire-pit and enjoying the Jacuzzi or play a little tennis. Being able to walk on the beautiful white sand beach at any time. We enjoy this property mostly in the off season. October, November, April and May are my favorite months here. It's not real busy then but the weather is still nice.
