Welcome to our chic and colorful lofted apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Roger’s Park in Chicago! It's conveniently located between Northwestern and Loyola Universities with easy downtown access via Lake Shore Drive and the CTA Red Line train with a grocery store within walking distance.

The unit was designed for a fun and memorable stay in the world class city of Chicago. You will find pastel touches of color and hints of jungle vibes sprinkled in everywhere you look as the recently renovated loft bursts with vibrant personality, boasting a unique blend of playful colors.

Main floor:
-The east facing unit lets in the warm morning light for the early birds while the black out curtains in the loft and bedrooms can keep things dark for our night owls.

-Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattress and a variety of pillows including Serta down illusion and memory foam so everyone can feel at home. Vanities can be found in each bedroom to provide ample space for getting ready.

-The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare a tasty meal or shake up a cocktail. There’s a Keurig coffee maker with a complimentary selection of coffee and tea.

Upstairs:
-The loft is ready for a good time with ample seating for everyone on a 14’ couch, a 65” Google smart 4K TV, board games, bluetooth karaoke mic, and a retro Nintendo.

-The loft is home to a desk for those who need to get some work done and can double as another vanity.

-You’ll find yoga mats and a kettlebell to help you warm up for your next adventure.

-The two couches in the loft transform into two queen size beds to accommodate an additional 4 people (8 total in the unit).

Outdoors:
-The front yard is equipped with a gas fire pit, an outdoor dining table on the lawn, and cafe set on the porch so you can start your morning with an outdoor coffee session or unwind with a relaxing evening outside.
