However, we want to note that no other guests who stayed during the same period raised similar concerns. Our apartments are routinely cleaned and maintained to a high standard, and had you mentioned these issues during your stay, we would have acted immediately, that is always our commitment. We apologize that the experience fell short of what the photos represent, and we will continue to monitor closely. On the hot water, we understand that with three guests showering in quick succession, the wait between showers can be uncomfortable. We appreciate you flagging this so we can look into it. Regarding the dogs: we completely understand how frightening an unexpected encounter with unleashed dogs can be, especially with a child present. This is a matter involving other residents of the building and falls outside our direct control, but we take your safety concern seriously and will raise it with building management.
