GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire private, self-contained ground-level unit with its own entrance, no stairs, plenty of natural light, and beautiful views of the woods. The utility/furnace room and garage remain locked. Guests can easily park at least three cars on the driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Your unit is directly below the homeowner (an IU professor) who lives upstairs, and this is a quiet household. We maintain a peaceful environment and will be respectful of your stay — we kindly ask that guests do the same.

- No parties, gatherings, or loud group activities of any kind are permitted.
- Quiet hours are strictly 10pm–7am.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
The primary guest/renter must be at least 25 years old. The maximum number of guests is six. I can use the exterior Ring security camera to check that the number of guests entering the premises matches the number you indicated when you made the booking. (There are no interior cameras anywhere.)
