48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared.

Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).

The building code may be different from the apartment code.

★ EXTRA GUEST ★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 11 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 15. Any guest beyond 11 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

★ BACKYARD ACCESS ★
Please note that the access to the backyard area is shared among all guests. We encourage respectful use and cooperation to ensure everyone can enjoy this communal space comfortably.

★ TAXES INCLUDED ★
Taxes are included in the nightly rate. This must be collected and submitted to NYC.

★ PARKING ★
Kindly note that only street parking is available. While parking is generally accessible, it's important to recognize that finding a spot may become more challenging as the evening progresses, especially during late hours. We recommend arriving early or planning your parking accordingly, as it can be more difficult to find available spaces late at night.

★ NO Pets allowed ($500 fine) ★

★ Absolutely NO smoking in the unit ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
