Oceanside Village is a private 180-acre oceanfront resort community. Equipped with private oceanfront parking, beach access, bathroom, and showers. The community also offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad, and hot tub for all your aquatic desires.

If you're looking for more athletic activities the community also has a private playground, baseball field, volleyball court, tennis, pickle ball court, horseshoe pit, bocce ball, and a basketball court. Looking for more relaxing activities? Fishing is permitted in designated lakes or you can visit the library (located in the activities center).

☀ Check in at 4PM | Check out at 10AM
☀ Thermostat doesn't need to go below 68.
☀ Must be 25 years old to rent the home.
☀ No boats, campers, trailers.
☀ NO Animals. Penalty of $1,000 for violation.
☀ NO Parties. Penalty of $1,000 for violation.
☀ NO Smoking/Vaping inside house, garage, porches or patios. Penalty of $1,000 for violation.
☀ Upon check-out, don't remove linens from bed.
☀ Sweep any excess sand from mats.
☀ Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of community amenities. Consequently, no refunds will be provided if these amenities are not accessible during your stay.
☀ Remove and Discard all items from the refrigerator.
☀ Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through local beach rental services.
☀ NO Parking on the street. Oceanside Village will give you a ticket for this violation. This is out of our control, as it is a gated community. Overflow parking is available. You will have to visit the main office to retrieve a pass.
☀ Golf Carts are allowed in Driveway and street areas only (allowed only on streets in the gated community and crossover street to beach access). They are not to be on patios, sidewalks or any grass area.
☀ Golf Cart Rentals are available behind the Oceanside Village Office. Contact info will be shared once booking is confirmed.
☀ Quiet time in the VILLAGE is observed from 11PM until 8AM
☀ Curfew is in effect from 11PM until 6AM for persons under 18 years of age who are outside a RESIDENCE on VILLAGE property and not accompanied by a parent or guardian
☀ Key cards for gate access can be rented from Oceanside Village Office for $30 (cash only). Key cards will gain you entrance to all security gates, including the private beach access gate. At the end of your stay, turn the key card back into the office for $10 refund. You must have key card to access entry back into the community.
☀ 6 Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. All aimed outside. Front of house driveway and entry way. Both level front doors have ring doorbell with camera.
Back yard covers the back doors and patio. Side yard camera has view of the yard and street.
☀ If pets or smoking are detected in the home, the reservation will be terminated immediately, and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund. Also, failure to follow these rules will result in being asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided. NO Golf carts in garage/game room and no moving furniture.
