We had such a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just as described. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.You can really tell that a lot of thought and care went into making the space welcoming for guests. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

ShLee's property was very welcoming and a great place to hang out the last few days of our time in Phoenix. The entire house was spotless and the host was very responsive on the app with any questions or concerns. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and very large. There are lots of rooms in this residence and can easily accommodate the 10 person limit identified by the owner. There is also sufficient space to hang out on the back patio as well as in the family room in the evening. The linens and towels were provided and easy to find and there was soaps in the showers as well. All in all a beautiful home and nice place to rent, highly recommend if you are in need of a place in the Phoenix, Mesa area. And especially great for a longer time in the area as well. Would consider renting from ShLee again in the future and maybe for a longer period to explore that area of Phoenix in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The listing was 100% accurate, and the host was wonderful—always quick to respond with helpful answers. The house is modern, impeccably clean, and situated in a quiet, serene neighborhood with a large assortment of great food options just a short drive away. The beds were super comfortable and genuinely felt like sleeping on a cloud.We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, which was pristine and offered plenty of cozy seating. My favorite feature by far was the master bathroom: the high-pressure shower with adjustable nozzles and the massive soaking jet tub made it feel like a private spa. I cannot recommend this home enough and will definitely book it again next time I’m in town!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and truly had everything we needed to feel right at home. It’s a very nice space and was perfect for our trip. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This a beautiful home, every detail is well thought out and the home is extremely comfortable. The host was incredibly easy to work with and always quick to respond to my question. It is a great location especially if you are going to be going to the Arizona Athletic Grounds. This was a great stay!

It was the perfect house for our stay. It’s close to many of the spring training facilities and lots of shopping. It’s a wonderful home and, it was one of best Vrbos we have used. The pool was perfect and the kitchen made it easy for use to stay in and cook.

Great home and a perfect location for our stay. We were there for a soccer tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds which are only about 10 minutes away. The hosts were great and very helpful. Would definitely stay again the next time we come back.

We came to Arizona for a family vacation and had a group of 7 staying in this wonderful home. It was so spacious and comfortable. The home was the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in and felt very luxurious and high end. It truly is a beautiful home and made me never want to leave. There were so many little above and beyond amenities in the home and it was very well stocked with basics, cooking essentials and condiments. The hosts were very attentive and kind to any questions and needs we had during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and hope we get to come back and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Everything was great! We loved having our own space to spread out and come and go as needed for a crazy schedule while we were in town. While there was a casita attached, we never saw anyone else onsite, which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again, and the host was great to answer questions quickly before we came, which helped me plan things out better and ease some stress.

The house was absolutely amazing — beautiful, very clean, and stocked with nearly everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and wonderful to work with. This was our first time staying in a space where the owners lived on another part of the property. While it worked for this trip, it’s not something we would personally choose again. Also, the pool area didn’t feel very private due to multiple cameras, which made it hard to relax, and we didn’t have full access to the hot tub without asking, which was inconvenient. Aside from these privacy limitations, it’s a lovely home and very well maintained — a great option if those aspects aren’t a concern.

Thank you for a 5 star review! We are so happy you loved our property! Normally we do not have contact with our guests as the casita side is private as well as the house side, divided by the poolside cabana and privacy fence/gates. It did not seem to be a problem that we were on site when you needed 4 camping chairs, a highchair, a booster and a cooler for your outings. Not to mention when you ran out of toilet paper and trash bags( normally guests go to the store once the first few days of amenities are out). But we kindly provided. Security cameras are disclosed (and not monitored-only there for emergency/damage situations) as well as our presence when we are in town, as we are often traveling.

Gorgeous home but…

The house was gorgeous, furnishings comfortable, beautiful pool, and great neighborhood. Host was excellent communicator, but we did not have access to the whole house as host lived there at the same time in a separate area. We had to ask host if we wanted to change thermostat, use the spa or washer/dryer. Had that fact been in the listing, we would not have booked it. It just felt weird.

Thank you Glenn for the kudos on our property! It is disclosed that we are on property when in town. It is a large property We have a separate entrance, separate backyard and separate driveway. Our paths did not cross and I never met you during your stay. So kinda wonder why the problem?

The home itself is attractive and well maintained. Unfortunately, the stay felt far less like a vacation and far more like living under observation.The host lives in an attached casita sharing a wall with the living room—an exciting surprise for anyone expecting privacy. Add to that the impressive number of exterior cameras, and it quickly became apparent this wasn’t a passive hosting situation. At times it genuinely felt like someone was sitting in front of a Mission Control–style wall of monitors, watching and waiting, except instead of launching Artemis II, the focus was on guests quietly existing.On our final day, a small group of teammates stopped by briefly during the middle of the day. They had already checked out of their own rentals and were simply waiting for flights home out of PHX, so they came to sit calmly on the back patio and kill time. No music. No alcohol. No noise. No party. No dancing. No slumber party. Just quiet conversation in daylight.While we understand the listing states a maximum of 10 guests, the immediate leap to “party” accusations and enforcement—based solely on camera observation—felt disproportionate and intrusive.If you’re looking for a pristine property and don’t mind strict oversight, active monitoring, surprise host proximity, and the general sensation of being watched from Mission Control, this may be the place for you. If you value privacy, autonomy, and actually relaxing on vacation, you may want to look elsewhere.

This is a retaliatory review and should not be trusted by any of our future guests. The review is not at all factual. This guest unfortunately violated house rules in allowing dozens of people to visit the property for a party that was subverted. The exterior noise sensors and exterior cameras recorded his willful violations of house rules which included lewd acts with minors present. These activities caused safety concerns for our neighborhood and property and were reported upon his departure.

Hi Chad! Thanks for your review! In the listing, it states pool cabana is rented on a daily basis-49.00 a day. We do have another listing that includes it for the entire stay-but you chose the less expensive version. Hot tub IS NOT EXTRA… it is adjacent to the pool and can be used at anytime! We do not live in a “converted garage” we have a casita on the west side of the property(again disclosed in the listing) and we do not see or interrupt our guests at anytime. Separate yards, separate entrances. No different than having a Nextdoor neighbor! Please read full listing next time before booking! As a long term VRBO host, most problems arise from guests not reading listings in their entirety. Thanks again for being a great guest! Take good care!
