Welcome to 312 Captain John Fripp Villa, a stunning two bedroom, three bathroom villa with a prime location overlooking the John Fripp Villa pool. With a full bathroom on the main floor and two en-suite bathrooms, this villa offers plenty of space for a small family or group of friends. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a balcony with stunning views of the Beach Club complex, while the second bedroom features two full beds and a balcony overlooking the pool. Relax and unwind on the comfortable patio, complete with Adirondack chairs, before taking a short walk to the private pool or nearby beach access. Located in the heart of Fripp Island, this villa offers easy access to all of the island's amenities, including golf courses, restaurants, pools, and more. Book your stay at 312 Captain John Fripp Villa and experience the beauty and tranquility of Fripp Island for yourself!
The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.
We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.
