This canal front home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. It’s a cozy yet spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full, and 2 half bath home located just a short distance from the Sound. Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, or kayaking right from the dock. The home sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably. It’s just a short ride or a leisurely walk to the beach. You can relax and watch the wild horses from one of the three decks. We’ve got a brand-new 5-person hot tub and an outdoor shower. Beach parking passes are provided for your stay.

Wonderful house and location! Plenty of things to do from fishing to kayaking and of course, watching the horses! The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Great Vacation! Clean, beautiful, new home. The owners respond in a timely manner. The house has plenty of kitchen supplies/dishes. Great location, we loved our week here!

Absolutely loved this house. Probably one of my favorite vrbo's we have ever stayed at. It was quiet and relaxing in fact we didnt see anyone all week but the horse guides drivong around. Didnt have much luck catching any fish. Most evenings or mornings the horses would be all around the house. The house was super clean for a house located in a sandy area. Hadno issues at all driving up and down the beach. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a chill, relaxing, quiet vacation.

Best of both worlds

The house was beautiful inside and out. Was nice to have the sound and ocean to enjoy. Owners very responsive to questions. We saw horses day and night they seem to love this property and the surrounding houses. The house had everything we needed definitely recommend this home your friends/ family will love it!

Sound Decision was truly the PERFECT stay! Rick and Cassie are amazing, communicative, super fast and responsive hosts!This fresh, new home was perfect for our group. It was spotless and beautifully decorated! Rick and Cassie thought of each and every detail.The location was great for kayaking on the canal, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, relaxing on anybof the 3 porches, a short walk to the beach and a short ride to Corolla. We were greeted by the wild horses upon our arrival and nearly once a day throughouy our stay.If you want the ability to unplug and relax with the ability to easily access town, this is your place! *****

Best vacation!

We had an amazing time at Sound Decision! The house is beautiful, clean and in such a fun location! While my daughter took a nap, my son was able to have fun fishing from the dock. Loved the adventure of getting to the house and the ease of driving on to the beach without having to unload/reload each time! Will come back again for sure!

A Sound Booking

A great stay, just a drive from the beach and activities for the kids to do back at the house. It was great to see them enjoying fishing and kayaking. We saw wild horses every day, they walked basically right up to to the house. We even saw a deer a couple of nights. Definitely recommend staying at this sound retreat!

Absolutely amazing house and property. Being tucked near the end of the road provided for a peaceful and quiet stay. Very relaxing being on the canal and though we did not use the kayaks and pedal boat due to being a very cold weekend, loved the options and would be fun to use during warmer stays. The house was so clean and new. Loved being able to walk on the back decks and enjoy the sights of the canal and the wild horses roaming in the backyard. The wild horses were very active on this road and one day as we were leaving the house, we saw a total of over 20 horses before we even exited the street the house is on. Rick and Casie were wonderful hosts with excellent communication on day of arrival and departure morning. We were in town for the Corolla Christmas Village and the festive touches of a Christmas tree in the home and string lights on the decks added to our Christmas spirit for the weekend. There was even a very cute ornament for each of us to commemorate our weekend at Sound Decisions. When searching for a home, we knew we wanted something clean, quiet, and relaxing with hopeful viewings of the wild horses throughout the stay. This place met and exceeded our expectations and we will be back.

Quiet and relaxing

House was beautiful... Everything new and clean. We arrived a little early and we're able to contact the host and check in when we got there. The house is fully stocked. We had everything we needed.

We Absolutely. Had a fantastic time the pictures on here. Do not do the house Justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Was very Peaceful And relax We absolutely enjoyed it.We will be back again and the kayaks were fun We will definitely rent this again

Wow! Is all I can say! This vacation far exceeded my expectations! We’ve never been to a 4x4 beach and remote area quite like this! The location of your house set back from rows of houses and people is the most relaxing part! Seeing the wild horses every day, except one day, during our stay was a dream come true! Exciting nature and all types of wildlife surround you…deer, rabbits, birds of prey, raptors, frogs, hummingbirds, fish galore, turtles, all in your back yard (just to name a few!)! We absolutely loved it here! My husband and son fished quite a bit. We utilized the kayaks and the hot tub. Your amenities are too many to count and mention but know that they are greatly appreciated! Your gift bag and ornament was icing on the cake! Thank you! Your house was perfect for our family of 6. Updated and stocked! We want to come back and hope to make that happen someday again!

This is an amazing property. It has so much to offer. Had plenty of room for the entire family and clean. A nicely equipped kitchen. Many amenities. Great location to the beach. Has the ability to park a boat if you bring one. Great fishing and the view is amazing and you get visted regularly by the horse. Will definitely be staying here again.
