Greenbrier Farms Stay

Escape to the tranquility of rural life at our charming country farm house located in the heart of our family farm. Surrounded by open fields and rolling hills, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful getaway. Wake up to the sounds of nature as you sip your morning coffee on the front porch.

Four generations of our family have enjoyed this home built in the 1800's. The house is full of family furniture and kitchen tools from years gone by. Everything is impeccably clean and recent renovations include new windows, new toilet, new shower, new carpet and flooring, new dishwasher, and all new mattresses in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a KitchenAid mixer, bakeware, and Grandma's Corelle dishes for 25 people.

Extras include a covered front porch, picnic table, grill, fire pit, firewood, unlimited parking space, and an outside hose to wash vehicles after a day at the AOAA park.

Enjoy the 1.5 mile and 2.5 mile scenic walking/running loops on our farm.

Starlink internet service is provided. For cellular use, AT&T and T-mobile have service. Verizon is sketchy. A large smart screen wall mounted tv with surround sound and a DVD player are in the living room. An assortment of DVDs are provided.

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are on every floor. A new water system was installed in 2024 and well water is regularly tested and safe for all uses. Several gallons of spring water will be provided for use in the Keurig and regular coffee pot to keep it mineral free.

Pets are not permitted overnight; however special discounts are offered for your pet at our family Pet Resort - Greenbrier Grooming which is located 4 miles away.

The house was very clean and well appointed. April was very responsive and accommodating to our request. There was plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. We enjoyed our stay and the smites kits was adorable.

What a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The property was well stocked and clean. We really enjoyed sitting out by the firepit and enjoying the sunsets across the hills and the awesome night sky. They really went all out with the the little touches like the smores supplies, coffee and candy for the kids. I would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend vacation to Knobels. April has thought of everything when furnishing this VRBO. There is so much attention to detail and little touches everywhere. If we forgot something....it was there! The host's communication was excellent and most importantly the beds were comfy and the house was clean!

Great Weekend

The Greenbrier Farm is absolutely the best place to stay for AOAA goers. First of all the house is somewhat secluded which I personally think is great. But also there is plenty of room for parking truck and trailers. The setup is great there, despite it raining at night we were still able to grill and eat outside thanks to the covered porch; With a plenty big enough table for 7 guys. Lots of beds and other places to sleep, sheets, blankets, and pillows were provided and all very comfortable. Was simply put the perfect place to come back to from trail riding all day. P.S. Thank for the sā€™mores ingredients, we absolutely used them up

Amazing

I recently stayed at this house and it was absolutely spotless! Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from candy and makeup wipes to clean towels and sheets. The kitchen was fully equipped with clean utensils and everything you might need. The property also featured a beautiful fire pit area, a grill, and laundry facilities, making it far better than any hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was very close to the AOAApark for driving our 4 wheelers which was perfect for us. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay. The owners were incredibly sweet and put so much thought into making our stay perfect. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made this experience unforgettable. I couldnā€™t have asked for a more perfect stay. Highly recommend!
